I just started to teach myself how to contour and don’t feel like this is the product I should’ve started with. It’s not the easiest to blend, but when you do, it ends up looking muddy on your face. These are really beautiful, easily blendable colors. They aren't luxuriously creamy, but creamy enough. I pick up the color with foundation brush, and apply & blend with that. It is buildable, too, where I want more intensity. These are also more easily blended than some high-end products I've tried - not blotchy at all. I have tried a lot of products, but these have become my favorites. So hard to find subtle and cool enough colors like these. I get so many complements on the highlight, (only from people who were looking carefully) and the contour is so subtle, nobody realizes it's even there, though I see the difference! Pretty good contouring. Very easy to apply. I like blending with a brush, but finger tips work just as well. The darker color could be a bit darker, but I already tried another of this company’s colors and it was too dark. The pale gold color is perfect for highlighting my cheek bones, nose slope and under my brows. It’s fun “reconfiguring” your bone structure! ADDENDUM: Love these contour sticks!
