I have used these stuff to grow beans, peppers, tomatoes and boc choi so far, with excellent results, from seedling to harvest in deep water culture, recirculating deep water culture, and ebb and flow hydroponics. It is really helpful to be able to add nutrient for the flowering or more vegetative growth phases as needed. Adding more bloom when the leaves are robust helps push peppers and beans into flowering. I also had some beans in soil that had drawn most nutrients from their leaves before flowering. Recognizing the issue, I mixed some of this stuff up in a mature plant strength and then poured it in the soil around the bean plant. WOW - the beans roared back to life with new leaves and flowers to give a great yield. (Too bad that some deer came along and ate the gorgeous plants before they were finished). This stuff stays in solution well and does not seem to settle out like some fertilizers do. Also, at first, I was throwing out the nutrient solution. After a while, I just started topping off with water and nutrient mix without changing for months -- no problem and less waste for my vegetables. The concentration is enough to make using this fertilizer economical if purchased in the gallon size. ... show more

My go to nutrients for my plants. Astronauts use this brand. Secondly, I have use the Advanced Nutrients and i wasnt impressed at all, and IMO the quality of these nutrients are superior by leaps and bounds compared to Advanced Nutrients. Warning, follow directions when mixing nutrients -- dilute - start with micro, then grow, and finally bloom when mixing. Really is the best for beginners and experienced it has ph buffers in it and besides cal mag an a super weak chlorine solution to keep root rot away it is all you need to grow your limit of big bushy flowers if you want down right huge flowers also get kool bloom the liquid and the powder . The powder is a rippener you need them both but you wont regret it as long as you dont over feed it or you'll burn the whole up ... show more
