So... at first we kept some of this on hand for ice cream. But there's this wild and crazy awesome hamburger place in Dunsmuir California, Yaks on the 5. Designer burgers to die for... pricey but worth twice what they charge. They also sell crazy good sticky buns dripping with caramel sauce! So one day I ordered this burger and OMG, it was different and WAY beyond delicious. So I asked what was different... and was blown away when the waitress told me it had aioli sauce AND caramel sauce. I would never EVER have thought to put caramel sauce on a hamburger. Anyways, I told her that we used Ghiradelli caramel sauce for ice cream at home and she said that's exactly what they use too... for that particular burger AND their to-die-for sticky buns. So now... at home... we use this stuff on our burgers... and on our meatloaf too!! Don't knock it until you try it.... and.... I told you so!!! 🤗 ... show more

I love this drizzled over cinnamon pull apart, ice cream, in milk, or just in my yogurt. I bet it would go great in applesauce, on apple pannekoeken, on pancakes, french toast, in coffee .... the possibilities are endless. I've added it to caramel sundaes too.

The system won't allow a return, had to jump through some chat hoops until I got to a real person, but they did take care of me. Updated to 4-stars, it's okay for coffee, but not the best. Decent price for the size though.

I use two pumps in my espresso in the morning along with some frothed 2% milk and its perfect. The flavor is spot on and it has a rich taste to it, not empty like a light syrup. I've repurchased it 10 times so far with subscribe and save over the years, but its no longer available on S&S so I'll just have to purchase it outright. Must purchase the pump separately. Every once and again I have to run hot tap water through the pump because it will get gummed up but its fairly infrequent. ... show more
