There are so many things to like about this slicer. It has a low profile, can fit in a drawer or be hung on the wall. It is smaller than others I've had. But the best part: At first I thought this wasn't working. My veggie was sliding so smoothly through the blade that I could not tell it was being cut. There was no sound and no drag. So I stopped and looked and the most perfect slices were in my dish and the cuke was half gone. The blade can be closed completely for safe storage.     • Very sharp. Great tool.
Excellent tool. Even though I carefully check all the dimensions in the details, I was surprised that the slicer was narrower than I expected. However it is adequate for all I’ve need to slice so far. Still love it!

    • Cuts nice, but has a design flaw
The design flaw that annoys me to no end, is the fact that it's TOO NARROW. Given that Beefsteak tomatoes or onions are way wider, you can't get full-width slices. Grrrr. My other observation is: What do you do when the blade gets dull (they ALL do eventually)? Buy a new one?
