I bought this as a gift for my partner who had an Alienware computer that was over a decade old. It would have cost a pretty penny to upgrade everything and as it stood, the hardware was already outdated and it could barely run newer games at optimal speeds. Had a bit of a hiccup when first delivered. The graphics card seem to pop out during transit. Simple clipped it back in. Have had no trouble play game. The tech support is also very helpful.

My bf bought this pc which turned out fine so i decided to get it, i bought a used one for about $800 and a year later after trying to figure out why my pc was so garbage when we have the same pc i finally checked the system info and i found the answer to my problems, no where near close to what was advertised on the product warning for people who buy a used pc check your pc info before finding out too late to get your money back, the pc is at most worth $300, i know it's my fault for not checking but i thought i could trust the brand since my bf's is completely fine and because i was just so excited to have a pc, thanks for ruining my day HP >:( ... show more

This machine can play almost all intensive graphic games, even though most parts are at least 1 gen behind. The wired mouse and keyboard are annoying. Get wireless ones. But for sub $1k, it's a good deal

Im very happy with this purchase. My only complaint would be the processor. Its fine if youre just doing one thing, no issues at all. But it won't let you play complex games AND stream.     • Don't expect it to last for years
Pretty solid gaming computer. Used it regularly and didn't have any performance issues. However the computer stopped working after 2.5 years. Was hoping it would last longer than that since it cost $1,000. Definitely recommend getting an extended warranty.
