Ok so i was doubtful at first to buy these. I had purchased two different brands the two years prior and they just never worked for me. I would get it set up they worked for a day and then i had to start all over. I decided to take the risk and well they worked great and i am happy i did. It took me no more then 5 minutes to connect download the app and get them working. The app is great you can set timers, put a schedule and never once lost connectivity. I used these primarily for my outdoor Christmas lights but now i am looking for other functions in my house where i can maybe save some energy. The nice gray color blends in perfectly to hide in the background. Saved me on my energy usage i saw saving on my electrical bill this year while having the Christmas lights. I loved also that i never heated up like others i had before. Glad i took the risk and fully satisfied!

I love this brand. The app is easy to work and it hasn’t let me down. Have had no issues with connection and it works great! I have two, one for my horses water and one for my chicken water so it doesn’t freeze. At first I didn’t understand the scheduling but then figured out you have to give it the action of turning on at a certain time and turning off at a certain time! I have had my other one for over a year and that is why I decided to buy another!

Best smart plug purchased. I have never had to re-pair the device with my smart home system when the power has gone off since purchasing in 2022. The device has lasted since then to now going on 2026 with this purchase. It works great and is easy to use. I would recommend this smart plug to anyone and out performs and one I have ever purchased, indoor or outdoor. I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with this purchase. I would recommend this product to everyone. I have maaaany alexa compatible plugs but these have never given me trouble like some other smart plugs - lookin’ at you Vesync! They work really well with easy, speedy set up and have done well for over a year in all our New England weather. They’re not so big and bulky as some other outdoor rated plugs I’ve had and they are of high quality. My patio string lights are as bright as intended as are the fairy lights in the front door bushes. They have a large, easy to push weatherproof button, but I’ve never used it bc they get along so well with alexa. So whenever I need additional smart plugs, these are my go-to.

I’ve been an Amazon smart plug purist because they work so well and install like a breeze. I needed an outdoor solution, so I decided to try this one and the price was right. Short story, it’s working now and the little cord makes it easy to plug into the weatherproof box outside. I tried for an hour to get it to connect. Confusing about which method to use. I tried them all (Bluetooth, manual, automatic) and nothing would work. Instructions and web search no help. The app was seeing the device, but it would not connect. I brought it inside and sat right next to my router. Nothing. Finally, just on a hunch, I unplugged my Roku and my security camera. By the time I returned to my phone, there was a big green check mark and it was connected and working. I guess I need to increase my wifi speed. It controls my outdoor lights just fine. A little lag on the on/off function but nothing too bad. Overall for the price, and to not get mosquito bites to turn off the lights, I’m pretty pleased so far.

We bought this plug to control lights on our outdoor pergola. It connected without a problem. I own multiple Geeni devices and am familiar with the app. Within three days, however, the device read as no longer connected. This happens, I thought. I’ll just reset and reconnect it. However, it would not switch on manually or otherwise. I removed the device and plugged in the lights directly and they were fine. I tried the smart plug in different sockets. Nothing. It had died in fewer than three days. We had not had any extreme weather to cause this, just sunny July temps in the 80s. No rain, no bad winds. I am very disappointed in this product.
