    • Has given us much trouble
No good. Area where brake is to be attached was bent which didn’t allow us to install one of the rear wheel brakes, after at least 2hrs of assembly. Put a request in to the seller and never heard back. Would've had to de-assemble and ship the entire bike back through A-Z returns but the Lord was merciful and connected us with someone who fulfilled the mission statement of amazon to be the worlds most customer centric company and they refunded without need to ship back. We brought it to a local bike shop and they were able to bend the frame back and complete the assembly for $150 but they had to order brake discs because the ones that came with the bike were bent. Now having driven the bike a long distance it’s unimpressive in its strength, granted im a big guy, but it gave decent speed (21mph for me on level 5). Now we’re experiencing issues with charging the battery.. The trouble of assembling and support for the ebike has us convinced its with the extra money to buy one from a local shop where you can bring it in when theres issues and have the professional support. Has given us much trouble, if your experience is like ours, your money will be much better spent elsewhere. ... show more

This is a pretty nice trike… Electric motor has a lot of power! The brakes definitely need to be adjusted in one of brackets that holds the break in place was bent on arrival. I’m not sure if this happened in shipping or not… My main concern is one of the wheels on the back is not straight and true… Hopefully I can adjust the spokes to get it straightened out, but I’m not sure. ... show more

Loose nuts and bolts in the bottom of the box. Missing nuts and bolts. Rear fender and rear brake brackets bent. Handlebar bracket shows indications of previous installation as does the front wheel. The mounting holes on the brackets to secure the motor and brake hub do not line up. Other reviews claim the same thing. Do not buy this TRASH ... show more

This bike came with damage and missing parts. I the box had holes. all the bike hardware was floating in the box. Is going on two weeks that I request for return. and I haven't heard anything yet. really bad...
