The trike was defective when received . I am a 60 year old disabled man and need the trike to get to stores and appt. I would not send this trike to anyone if it were my company it is not safe it doesn't do what it says it will . The thing was bent and I believe dropped from a forklift or something. It is no good and I have been trying to get this company to stop playing games with their customer and make this right I need to get around and this company doesn't want to make this right . it's a pretty good buy, the one i got, needs the spokes tighten, and the mirror mounts are plastic and threads strips easy, the instructions could be better, i had 4 stars on this because of what i wrote, i now reduced it 1 star because, as i looked at the left tire that is not balanced like the other 2, and i think they ship these without inspection first, i would have gotten wrote up for that, possibly fired,, now i have to balance this, there's no bike shop in my town, my recommendation is that you spend the extra bucks, and get a better trike, this will do if you are short on cash and can repair new items that are not up to code ... show more

I had to grind hole with die grinder so battery would fit correctly. Now I have power but the moter doesn't run. I have to check all connections, try again. If that doesn't work I may have a bad moter.

    • Assembly problems. Incomplete instructions.
The assembly was more difficult than the instructions indicated. Although I had difficulty with the tweeks, but I like the trike. Make better instructions, not everyone is able to fix some of the problems I had to face. Brakes are a big problem!

    • People with battery issues
I've had good luck with my trike. The seat mount is the only issue I've had and I just replaced it with a shock seat anyways. If your have problems getting it to work, the battery has to be removed otherwise you have to charge it in, barley lift it loose, snap it back down and it will come right on. Something that is just what it is. But good ride, good power, it will do the whole 25 MLS an hour, climbs my big hill with minimal effort. Perfect for me around my small town. ... show more

Just so you know, bike might potentially come with parts that are just loose in the box, or not packaged properly. Seems like a great bike otherwise but just watch out for that.
