Light but yet pretty steady. The quality feels sufficient, but as I said, not premium or ment for heavy use. It is a great product for someone like me, that will be using it for an occasional filming of an event. I didn't yet test the remote for my phone though.

Great tripod! I purchased this tripod to use with my Sony ZV-1F camera so I can't comment on its use with a phone or the remote. The tripod is very sturdy and my camera is secure on the tripod as well. I also like how it is easy to change the height. I had another tripod before this one and it was not as sturdy like this one is. I highly recommend this tripod for camera users or even for phone users.
