I have recently purchased 2 IT11 and 2 IT12. They were very easy to set up and in my opinion are the Best Mini PC out there. I did have a problem with one of the IT12 and was able to get a Replacement from Amazon within one day. Karen from Geekom was very helpful with another issue and I have to say that she is the Best. I would suggest that you purchase your Geekom Mini PC through Amazon as they are very fast in shipping. I hope Amazon will keep this Product in stock because I like dealing through Amazon.

UPDTATE: Shielded cables helped a lot. There is still some EM noise when accessing the SSD. One USB-C port is worse than the other. When I opened the PC, I could see that it is pretty crowded in there. The SSD card is right up against a USB port. I popped in an SSD drive which easily snapped into a bracket under the motherboard. There is no noise when accessing that drive so I made it my spooling drive. Hopefully, that will cut down on the noisy bus. The more I use this device, the more I like it. It is really well designed. Just be warned that if you use a USB connected sound device, you will have to invest in a heavily shielded Thunderbolt cable. I bought this to replace a tower in a home music studio and got howling static as soon as I hopked it up. There was an unreal amount of EMI generated from the pc. I have no problems using the interface with my laptop or desktop and tried different ports and cables, reinstalled drivers etc. I tried to get an answer from their tech support, but if you bought from Amazon, you must first send an email to someone to even get past the artificial gatekeeper. When I finally got a message back (24 hours later), they told me to update the drivers. Of course, I tried that 3 times before I even contacted them. At first, I thought this device was pretty great. I love the design and it has lots of great features including dual thunderbolt ports and support for multiple monitors, but the excessive rf noise makes it useless for music recording. I ordered some shielded cables, hoping that will help.

I got this in order to work from home and it’s awesome. It has an SSD and it turns on in practically no time at all. That’s super important when you work customer service because you don’t have time to wait for things to load when you have a customer on the line waiting for answers. This is my very purchase of mini pc. This is a very fast mini pc. The product is well built and has lot of ports built-in. I am using my second tv as a monitor. This fits my budget as well as the purpose of my purchase. No issues to report so far. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Win11 was probably installed wrong OR the company did not actually bother to confirm that the unit was viable before shipping. Amazon itself is ALSO the problem ... I will minimize my purchases from Amazon ... because of the way its AI customer service is designed to obfuscate and confuse and resist meaningful dialogue with customers. It's not JUST that Amazon now charges for returns. Across the board, Amazon's value proposition has BAD DETERIORIATED in the last year. No more Prime for me.

I recently decided to upgrade my 6+ years old Windows machine. There was nothing really wrong with it but I decided it was time for something new. I thought about a laptop but I really hate laptops. I looked into another desktop tower machine but during that search I found the mini PCs. After researching what Amazon had I decided on the Geekom. Geek OM? Gee Kom? Not sure how its pronounced. Anyway, after taking a couple of days to get it set up to my liking I can say that Ive enjoyed the machine. No real complaints. Well, except one. The fan seems to be constantly running and speeding up and slowing down and speeding up and slowing down. I never noticed fan noises with my tower case. I mounted the Geekom on the back of my monitor(that is SO COOL). I wonder if location has to do with the fan being noisier. There is plenty of air space so its not like the device is getting over heated. Maybe because its about 7 inched from the wall Im getting an echo of the fan noise off the wall. If anyone has any idea why its so noisy Id be interested to hear.
