I love it! I missed having a desk top computer. And I love how easy it is to set up. And what I love most is that it takes up less space. It’s great for kids in school or college to research and do class work. I haven’t tried it for gaming but will look into it. It’s quiet not noisy. I would be careful when operating in hot weather, if you have an air conditioner in the room it will help cool it down. It does heat up a bit in very warm weather. It’s compact to take on the go which is amazing! It’s a great buy in my opinion. And please get the warranty. You never know what could happen. It connects Bluetooth mouse just fine but I would avoid connecting Bluetooth headphones as it sounds very static. Overall it works perfectly. I love that it doesn’t take up too much space. Compatible with any monitor, keyboard… you name it. I put a 12 oz soda can next to it for size in the picture I provided.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reliable Mini PC for Work, School, and Light Gaming

I had a small hiccup with delivery—my package wasn’t marked for signature and went missing for a few days—but once it finally arrived, the product itself impressed me. I originally purchased this mini PC to use with Streamlabs for gaming and streaming content. It handled basic tasks well, and for everyday productivity—work, school, browsing, and light gaming—it performs exactly as advertised. The build quality is solid, and setup was quick and straightforward. Where I ran into limitations was with heavier streaming workloads. Even with over 16GB of GPU memory available, the processor struggled under the demands of Streamlabs, causing the program to force‑close during more intensive sessions. Ultimately, I returned it and upgraded to a more powerful dedicated gaming PC. That said, I still consider this a 5‑star product for the right user. If you need a compact, efficient machine for office tasks, schoolwork, media consumption, or casual gaming, this mini PC delivers excellent value. It just isn’t designed for high‑end streaming or CPU‑heavy gaming workflows.

Great little computer for casual home use

I purchased this for a neighbor (facing a Microsoft 10/25 problem) based upon my owning a Geekom I7 setup for almost two years now. I got off to a bad start on the install of this item and walked away late at night. The next morning I had a few more hiccups from the Windows 11 update process. But, they quickly resolved themselves. The computer with a N150 cpu is amazing in terms of speed, beautiful video and no noise from the tiny box and considering that I purchased this during the PRIME day event a great buy. If you buy this item, I suggest that you do the basic install of Windows 11 and wait a few hours or day to do the updates that are shown in Settings - Windows updates and then do the updates ONE AT A TIME. Hopefully, this will help you avoid my bad experience. For those of you with a monitor that only supports VGA make sure to buy an adapter to connect to the HDMI on this computer. The adapter is a one piece wire with VGA MALE plug on one end and HDMI on the other. Finally, this is now the third Geekom that I have setup. I've noticed that the Windows 11 install TAKES TIME! Patience is important and the results are a great little machine for a fraction of the cost of anything else out there on the market in terms of desktops and laptops from the name brands

Best tiny PC

The only thing that would be better is if the audio port was not in the front of the Mini PC and had a few more ports. Starts up great, is very quiet and very compatible with my other PC items. Over all love the Mini pc it works for my small space.

Thanks for the free malware?

Having received my new GEEKOM Air12 yesterday, I started right away with the setup. My first clue that things were going to go poorly was during the Windows 11 setup. Microsoft now requires the creation of a PIN for Windows Hello instead of making it optional. The problem was the dialog to enter the PIN wasn't visible. Pressing ALT-Tab allowed it to be selected, but it was either in the background or not being rendered. Thankfully, I realized that I could type in the PIN, hit Tab, confirm the PIN, then hit Enter. Updating Windows 11 during the install was also much slower than it should have been and actually ran twice. Another bad sign. When I got the computer booted up and logged in, I ran Windows Updates and had another long list. This is normal. What isn't normal is the mass of malware that installed from a hidden folder (C:\Test_Tool). I cleared off the bulk of the malicious software. I suspect there is more hidden on the drive. Realizing I have a spare NVMe laying around, I opened up the device and pulled swapped out the drives. The existing SSD is kind of a piece of trash, anyway. Surprisingly, GEEKOM uses Crucial RAM. Color me amazed. After installing Windows 11 and all of the drivers on the replacement drive, things are actually running pretty well. I'm surprised by how well the Intel N100 processor is handling things. Would I trust or recommend GEEKOM again? Heck no! If someone ever gifts you one of their devices, take it as a threat or an insult. I haven't found anything else sketchy about the hardware. The drivers were a bit questionable as is the source for them (www.mediafire.com). So, I made sure to confirm the validity of them and did copious amounts of malware scanning. Way to build a customer base, GEEKOM. Give the gift of free remote access trojans, disable the endpoint detection, and the firewall. Yep. Fills me full of trust.

Exceeded My Expectations

I don't normally give five star reviews because there is always something that could be improved. However this Air 12 Mini PC exceeded my expectations in just about every category. It was very easy to set up. I screwed the provided backplate onto the monitor and hung the Mini on it. I connected the HDMI cable, power and sound cables. That's it. Upon powering up all that is left to do is go through Microsoft's account sign in nonsense. Updates really didn't take that long but definitely longer than would on a desktop with an ethernet connection. When I came back some time later it was ready to go. This computer is only for email, WEB browsing and light productivity which it does very well, no video editing or gaming. The one area I was initially disappointed with was printing. My network printer was discovered and installed okay but Windows by default uses very basic drivers that limit the types of documents you can print and is very slow. Most people will want to download the full install of native drivers for their printer. Once I did that everything was pretty snappy. I think if you realize that the Air Mini PC is basically a laptop computer in a small box you will not be disappointed in its performance.
