These lights are easy to control with the touch on/touch off feature. The bright White LED light emits 20 lumens and is cool to the touch and there are no bulbs to replace. There are two mounting options: keyhole mount (hardware included) or double-sided tape (included). These lights are for indoor use only - not for use in wet or damp locations. The lights require 3 AAA batteries each, which are not included, battery installation instructions are included on the packaging. This product comes with a 1-year limited.

Bought these for closets we won't be using very much, but are in the middle of a remodel and were using them for nightlights for a while. We had them on approx 7-8 at a time and the batteries lasted three weeks, which is fine for us, but I couldn't see trying to use them as under counter lights in a kitchen where you'd need more battery life. The quality is very good and really like the light touch needed to turn them on and off. The light is bright enough imho. I placed them under the bar-height ledge of my reception desk at work. I hoped to have extra light in an otherwise dark space. The lights were not in GE product packaging as shown in photos. They were packed in plain flat cardboard box with GE adhesive label on top. Maybe they were a return and repackaged. They are unlike other touch lights I've purchased over many years. The lighted area is flat and flush with the plastic surrounding it. The part you press to activate light is on one spot of the plastic rim rather than the lighted part which makes it difficult to find, especially if it was in a dark area.
