Arrived sooner than expected, easy to install, easy wifi connection. My kilowatt hours went from 105 kwh to 80 kwh per day. This cools a 600 sq foot living room / kitchen combo and has been keeping it at 72 degrees no matter how hot it is outside or if I am cooking inside. We replaced at 12,000 BTU with a 14,000 BTU and it's like night and day, the 12,000 ran constantly even at night and when it was 100 degrees outside it was 85 inside and forget cooking unless you wanted to cook along with the food. Bought this to put in a window when the room was finished. Bought this in May so now in July I cannot return it. Pulled the unit out of the box and the back of the unit was severely damaged. there was a large dent in the bottom of the unit frame and coil unit in back was damaged. because I waited 2 months to open the AC and put in window, looks like I'm screwed and can't return it. I like this a/c. Replaced the wall unit we had since 92! However it did arrive with a couple dents, but since it as 95 degrees outside, had no choice but to keep it. Nice unit.

The AC works very well. It’s not what we ordered, the serial and item numbers on the AC are different than what we ordered. Some of the casing is not on tightly and we cannot push it in. But overall the unit works well.
