if you are purchasing from Beach Camera, DO NOT DO IT. The ice maker that arrives will literally be unusable. The ice tray door doesn't even open up, it's blocked by something inside of the ice maker. The back panel will be bent, there will be something rattling around inside of the ice maker like a loose screw or something. When you plug it in, it will immediately start up with a noise even if you don't actually power on the ice maker. I don't even think Beach Camera made any valid attempt to "refurbish" or "refresh" this ice maker. I'm pretty sure they didn't even bother to check if the ice maker works, as in they didn't even check to see if the ice tray door would open. So, as an absolute warning, DO NOT BUY FROM BEACH CAMERA. I love it. I really do, it makes awesome nugget ice, but it makes this loud buzzing sound sometimes. I've reached out to the seller multiple times through Amazon and haven't heard back. I can't return it unless I pay for shipping. So just BEWARE if you buy one that's "refurbished"

Customer service has been a disaster offering either $50 to get the machine repaired (repairs would be significantly more than $50) or offering to return the machine but with a restocking fee.
