The media could not be loaded. Honestly, it's a nice gift. My brother just gifted this to my daughter, and I did have to refer to the actual picture when assembling as well. I wish the instructions were a bit more detailed, but as you can see it is definitely doable with what's given. Just takes a tad more effort than I'd have preferred. I also would have liked the detachable decorations to have been nicer for what was spent, but in all it is absolutely adorable and looks beautiful and fantastical! I would recommend and would definitely buy additional styles.

When adjusting the fogger, I was surprised with a strong instant painful shock to my fingertip. Scary moment. Would not recommend due to that one reason. Other than that it's a cute concept. But dang that was shocking! (pun intended.) I am typing this now without the use of my middle finger while it recovers. It felt like it was instantly snapped at the finger tip.

I got this a week ago and finally was able to put it together and got fish and my fish died because it was put together poorly. The lights was not glued right so my fish went through it and got stuck. The little things it was supposed to come with was broken or missing. It didn’t come with good instructions at all. I wouldn’t want a other one from them at all. I requested my money back.

The media could not be loaded. The atomizer is not working and the tube that connects to the pump is too short it keeps on disconnecting so when it stops pumping then have to connect again. It’s cool and pretty but prettier if the atomizer works.

I must agree with others about the lack of instructions. I watched a video from someone who purchased it and showed how to assemble it. It helped way more than the instructions. It is absolutely gorgeous and I love it so much. Having said that, I am so thankful that I left it on my kitchen counter because there was a tremendous amount of water that splashed out from everywhere. It took 2 kitchen towels to wipe up all of the water. The instructions said to fill it until the pump was submerged. That’s exactly what I did. The water was splashing out from the crystal ball, the mist was spewing out and the water was splashing out as it fell from the waterfalls into the pond area. I took out quite a bit of water but it was still soaking everything around it. I continued taking it out until the pump was submerged about half way. The ball was no longer rotating and the waterfall was a trickle. It finally stopped leaking. A couple of minutes later, the atomizer stopped rotating and began flashing red lights only. I quickly added a little bit of water and it began working again. I’m not sure how I will correct this problem just yet but I will figure out a way. It is just so beautiful but not worth ruining a nice piece of furniture for. Does anyone have any suggestions? I thought about buying one of those plastic things that you put under plants but that won’t correct the misting and it would probably need to be emptied daily. Other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This product was $80!!!! It came without instructions and also incomplete! It doesn't have every piece it takes to assemble it therefore it's just sitting on my desk doing nothing!
