Very nice play pen to keep puppies close by for house training. I'd give it 5 stars except we found a problem with the poles used to keep panels together. We have all hardwood floors and those poles can scratch and damage hardwood floors in the condition that they arrived. The panels are made of steel (powder coated) and have plastic ends on the bottom to prevent scratching wood floors so no problem here. But the metal tube poles that keep the panels together are longer than the panels so they hit the floor on their open end. Those open ends (steel cut) can scratch and damage wood floors. I found a cheap and easy fix to prevent floor damage from these poles at a local hardware store. I got some plastic wall anchor inserts that cost about 4 cents each (see photo). These are normally used where you drill a hole in a wall to attach screws for hanging pictures, etc.? I think these are a size #8? Anyway, if you have wood floors just take one pole to a hardware store and find the right size. The plastic anchors should fit tight & snug so that once you push them in the tube end they won't fall out. Look at the other photo of one installed on the pole end. Buy one plastic insert for each pole of your set and once placed on the open end of the pole you can relax. Nice quality, but does not fold up. The way that the hinges are designed, it will not fold, you must pull the pin and separate each panel when taking down. I bought it to allow my dog to hang out with me when im working in the driveway. If it folded up it would be much faster to set up every day.

Disappointed! the poles are not 35" as shown the reason I chose this company. They are 31". This is useless outdoors as the fence will not stand up unless you make a closed circle/square. I had to buy post to support it. There is only one gate. They need to make this clear in the parts details since they show it with one and two in the pictures. ... show more

Purchased for Golden Retriever puppy. Keep on top of large pee pad. So happy to have this setup. With a little training puppy stays inside where all is contained. Jumping on sides definitely results in sides being moved by the pup. We have to train to keep that from happening. We like the door. Good stuff. ... show more

I gave this 4 stars because I do like the fence overall. It looks a lot nicer than wire fencing from the farm and yard store to give my dog a space to run off lease. It was easy to put together and it's easy to move to mow the lawn where it sits. However, it is not sturdy at all. If the poles that it came with were designed just a few inches longer so they could stake into the ground deeper this would have been perfect. They only stake into the ground maybe a 1/2" to and 1" so they don't really hold the fencing in place well. I bought some garden stakes to secure it better which helped. So this was almost perfect, but it does make due with some modifications. Also, this size (the biggest one pictured) does have 2 gates. I noticed a question on this same product and it said only 1 gate, but it is exactly how the product is shown in the picture. ... show more
