We have had this for 3 weeks now. It is like described. These is a latch to get the chair to recline then when you want to recline further you push back and it does a full recline, great for napping. Standard fabric dark grey is same color in photo. It is a stiffer cushion and back which we like. It is comfortable for me a 5 ft 4 inch female and my husband a 5 ft 11 inch man. It is manual to get the foot rest down and requires a little kick back ... show more

This chair can holds all the cousins, my dogs can lay out or my and my husband for cuddles during a movie. So in love with this love seat recliner!!

    • Recline handle broke, but repaired. Buttons uncomfortable.

Within a week of using this, the plastic handle that reclines the loveseat broke and was unusable. I bought a $10 metal replacement handle, installed it easily, and it has been great ever since. There are 2 more problems with this piece: 1. It's not the sturdiest piece of furniture, but it's about what you'd expect for the price, I guess. It's slightly wobbly but I am not worried about it breaking. 2. The buttons on the back are sometimes uncomfortable on my back. They also will get pulled out a bit on occasion, but they do go back in. I keep a blanket draped over the back at all times to prevent this problem. Overall I still like this piece, but I'm not sure if I would have bought it knowing these things. I think I would have bought one of the other Christopher Knight reclining loveseats that doesn't have the buttons, even though those ones aren't quite as cute. ... show more
