It has a nice, clean look and it’s heavy enough to stay firmly in place when you pull the tape — which is exactly what you want from a dispenser. That said, unless you use tape very frequently, it does end up taking more desk space than it’s worth. It’s definitely better suited for someone who needs a tape dispenser on a daily basis. The price is great, especially considering it’s from Scotch (the brand), so you know the quality is reliable. I don’t regret buying it, but I don’t really use it anymore since I don’t need tape very often now. If you ever used the Scotch brand tape dispenser you know how would it feels. It has rubber footing on the bottom to prevent it from moving and heavy enough to pull the tape with one hand without it moving. It is very solid and easy to use. It shows that it comes with one roll of tape, but it did not. It wasn't a big deal to me because I had extra but just heads up if you are planning to order this thinking you are good to go.
