Definitely powerful. The chopper accessories look cheap but it actually chops better than my KitchenAid! A lot better. I like everything about this and the fact that I don’t have to hold down two safety buttons to make it work. Just grab and go. If I had to come up with a complaint, it would be that while it has 15 speeds, there isn’t a whole lot of difference between speed 1 and speed 15. Also I would prefer that the variable speed was controlled through a pressure sensitive trigger instead of a dial on top. But it’s definitely not a big deal. The turbo function works great. And the unit does not get any hotter if you’re using the turbo for prolonged periods. Another feature that I like is that the brushless motor will keep the unit from wearing out for a long time. I was looking for a cordless unit to replace my cordless KitchenAid which gets on my nerves because the battery lasts just long enough to start cooking but not long enough to finish. But then I saw how much more powerful the corded versions are. I am not disappointed. This is literally twice as powerful as my KitchenAid and I don’t have the irritation of it running out of power while I’m cooking. I do a lot of canning, dehydrating and soup making. I grow and dehydrate several different varieties of peppers so I can powderize them to turn them into a shakeable spice medley for the table. This unit does a great job of reducing dehydrated peppers bits to powder. I would buy this again for myself or for a gift. Hmmm, maybe one for each hand! Lol.

This is a solid product. It's made well and works well. I have used it to puree and it was fast and easy to use and clean. It did a great job making veggies perfectly creamy. I recently used it to make a pumpkin puree for baking and this machine did exactly what I needed it to without a mess. Washing it off was so simple and fast. As you may know from experience it is very time consuming to break down and cook a pumpkin so you can puree it but this machine made that process faster and it was the easiest part! I actually thought it was fun to use. Hats off to this brand. I'll be checking out what else they make. Highly recommend! I wish I had one of these when my kids were little I'd have made my own baby food! It's that silky.

We bought this very impressive blender. I have managed to use it for smooth sauces, blended soups, and with the whisk attachment it can whip perfect egg whites into merengue. The weight and balance are very good. The functionality includes a smooth variable power knob. The blender is quiet, so it is perfect to use when one has company and does not wish to use a full-sized blender. I would highly recommend this blender to anyone.

I am impressed by this immersion blender. It does a throughout job for most soups, dips and smoothies that I make. Incredibly easy to clean and store is a big plus. I haven't had any issues yet and been using often for 3 months now.

Lasted only 1 year. The metal shaft that the blade is on came right out during light use. Scratched up my ~$500 Le Creuset. No way to fix the blender, or the pot for that matter. Had never been used much, never used for anything that would be considered a tough job. Soup purées and pesto- that was about it. So, yeah, pretty terrible product. The plastic container of the food processing attachment looks/feels very cheap, and quickly developed a permanent cloudiness that I’ve not seen before on other similar items owned for years/decades. The blade for the food processor attachment has the same ultra-cheap build/look/feel. It also has a small hole designed to fit on a little nub in the food processor container. This hole gets filled with whatever food you process and is difficult to impossible to get out. Requires repeated long soaks and washes with each use and poking with a toothpick to rid the debris. Gross, right? Just a very dumb design. What else… oh the motor is really high pitched and smells like something is burning that shouldn’t be. So yeah, pretty terrible product. Don’t buy if you want to be using it a year from now. I doubt the company exists anymore, at least with the same name. This has become a recurring theme of off-brands that abound on Amazon with copied designs made cheaper and cheaper and marketed as better than they are, 'cause why not? Don’t need to sell an item that will last when the company will disappear within a year, moving on to sell similar garbage under a new brand name, leaving customers with no recourse. Total garbage. I have never owned an immersion blender and so I tried this product. It's heavy duty. The immersion attachment is a bit hard to detach but other than that it's great. A bit heavy though. I need to use two hands to operate. I have been using it a lot to make tomato sauce and it's holding up well!

I find the power of this machine to be quite impressive. It efficiently chops garlic cloves in seconds, and with the cup attachment, it handles dates and walnuts swiftly and conveniently. The cleanup process is straightforward, which is a significant advantage. However, I do wish I had considered a cordless option, as the cord can limit flexibility in the kitchen. That said, my tiny kitchen makes it less of an issue. I have wanted one of these for quite some time, and I was thrilled to take advantage of a flash deal to get this product at an excellent price. Overall, it’s a great addition to my kitchen!
