sunlu is my preferred filament, its consistent and does not brittle, prints consistently, bonds well to most other filaments if done correctly and the colors are always consistent. get a 4 pack of refills on sale and its very much worth it.

This is the only cost effective way to buy filament. I like this brand, I appear to get consistent results with it, and initially started by buying a twin pack with the reusable spools. This particular set is a great mix of colors, and the transparent can be colorized while printing for other colors. Now I just need to print up a couple of extra reusable spools from thingy verse!

These are a little wider than what is easy to load into the replacement spool. It would have been nicer if they decreased the width by just half a millimeter. Otherwise it's really easy to print and spools well and doesn't clog.

Great filament, cardboard spool needs attention

Does not fit Sunlu reusable spools, only bambu spools!!!***. The cardboard spool is larger than the width of the filament. This causes it to unravel when loading onto a Bambu spool. This caused my AMS to jam initially, but it figured it self out after a few meters of babysitting the feeding. Highly recommended to make some cardboard spacers to prevent this issue. Otherwise, great filament as usual, beautiful print quality w/out stringing straight from the bag! Love Sunlu as a cheaper, high quality filament option.

A decent, cost-effective filament option, but beware the learning curve

Great strength after printing, requires some tweaking to get print parameters dialed in. No tangles, easily mounted on spools as a refill. I tried to do single-color prints as much as possible; my AMS Lite would sometimes struggle to feed at the required rate to keep up with the print head, leading to stuck filament errors and purges. Printing on the external spool eliminated this problem. Has a relatively glossy/shiny appearance, which seems to be expected with many PETG filaments, in my limited experience. I kept losing prints off the bed because the nozzle bumped or caught on seams and edges. Printing with a Bambu A1 with AMS Lite. I found that this SUNLU PETG filament prints best at ~260°C nozzle temp and 65°C bed temp. I also bumped the Z-hop up to about .5-.6mm, to limit unwanted contact at the workpiece between the layers and nozzle during crossovers. Now that I have used most of the 4 kgs, I feel comfortable with it, but I have to admit it was quite frustrating at first, throwing away partial prints and losing time on the printer.

I've been using this SUNLU PETG refill filament on my Bambu Lab P1S and it's been performing excellently. The refill system works seamlessly with the Bambu Lab ecosystem - the spool winding is consistent and feeds smoothly without tangles or snags. Print quality has been outstanding. Layer adhesion is strong, and I'm getting clean, consistent prints with minimal stringing when using the standard PETG profile. The material has good temperature consistency throughout the spool, which is critical for dimensional accuracy on longer prints.
