I had purchased these chairs, but unfortunately they did not match my dining table as I had hoped. Since the chairs were heavy and difficult to disassemble, returning them would have been quite inconvenient. I contacted the seller, explained the situation, and was pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer service. They responded quickly, processed my refund promptly, and did not require me to return the chairs due to the inconvenience involved. While the product simply wasn’t the right fit for my space, I truly appreciate the seller’s professionalism, understanding, and hassle-free support. Great customer service and a smooth resolution. Highly recommended!

Nice chairs
I would give this review a 5 but we received a defective piece and could not build a chair. Customer service was great with taking care of our refund. The chairs are a little bit lower than expected but are comfortable and very nice looking. I would recommend if you are looking at these.
