The first one arrived damaged, the second arrived with holes not measured out for proper assembly and there's no real direct customer care to reach out to. Material is nice but the hassle of assembly due to improper measurements, being poorly constructed and lack of Customer service isn't worth the trouble. I bought this loveseat thinking it was affordable and practical because of the delivery. After assembling it, I sat on it and the wooden frame of the seat immediately broke. I weigh less than 170 pounds, so this should not have happened; there is no way this loveseat can hold two people. This item is built with very weak and thin pressed wood - I would strongly discourage you from buying it and I would never buy it again. I immediately contacted Amazon for a refund but am still waiting for them to process it as the seller will not comply. I am waiting for more than a month now. ... show more
