Traditional handles/knobs (opposed to "touch-screen" sensors) make it easy to use. A double-burner is a convenient addition to regular size burners. Once you learn how to press the knob - it's really a great asset! Very easy to clean. Using specific cleaning paste is advisable. Works as it should, I did not want digital and I’m glad they still make this type. I wish it had knob locks. You could accidentally bump one on when cleaning, and even the effects of boiling over water are hard to remove from the glass.

I used this around 6 months before middle coil gave up. Outer ring of it does not heat up properly. Contacted them through email about it. They asked for pictures and videos of the issue. After sending them required material they sent me a tracking number for replacement cooktop within a week.

I ordered this cooktop, but when I was installing it I found out, it was a bit small. The size advertised is 36” but the actual size is 35 1/4 inches. I returned the item and never got to use it. It was a lot of work removing the old one and finding out this one doesn’t fit. Disappointed.

Larger cutout required for this unit than other 36" cooktops. Knobs are of inferior quality. They do not "click" into place to indicate off and can be very easily accidentally bumped into the on position. The knobs do not allow for any degree of precision as you turn them, there is a lot of loose play in the rotation. The only visual indication on the knob is a small indent that is very easy to miss. The glass top is easily scratched. This is basic builder grade or worse in terms of quality. I wish I would have spent a little more for a superior unit. ... show more

I am getting use to a glass stove top. Lot easier to clean than my old stove top. I like that you can dial the temperature. After you cook a dish once, there may be trial and error, but after that you know exactly what temperature setting. You have to get an electrician to install, but any stove top will need that. You cannot plug it in. I do wish they would have given info on the temperature settings, like 1 is for simmering, etc. Now, I want to update my countertop, since this is so sleek and modern. I had a problem with the first one and I received a replacement earlier than they stated. I would definitely recommend this product. I have had it less than a month, hopefully I will not have to change my review. ... show more
