I received this power washer about two weeks ago. It came very well packed and was easy to assemble. The finish of the machine is excellent. It started on the second pull and has plenty of power. The machine has a very good soap dispensing system. I have rented similar size machines but have always found the soap function to be poor. The other feature that I really like is it has a gas gauge. I typically don't allow small gas engines, such as mowers etc, to run out of gas. This is a nice feature. We live on lake Lanier in north Georgia. I purchased this machine primarily to clear our boat dock annually. I used the machine yesterday for the first time. I ran it for approx. 7 hours. It performed very well and did an excellent job. I was able, in one day, to do what took two days with my electric power washer. I am very happy with the machine! ... show more

Bought this power washer a few months ago..assembled easily. Power…mor than adequate….and I mean much more. Value for the item…when comparing others…at much higher PRICE…was a factor….much less expensive with all I looked for. Those giving this machine a lower than 4…rating..should re-evaluate.. I offered the use of my power washer to neighbors…all agreed..well made, compact, affordable. Have you looked into renting these things? Ridiculous…any machine needs use..not sitting. Whoever designed this machine. Did excellent job…I think much was thought through…they hit. A home run with this design….it runs beautifully..very powerful…I cannot be happier about this purchase ... show more

UPDATED: This product was easy to assemble and easy to use. It was very difficult to start for the first use. I used the product one time for about 2 hours about on week after purchase. Aside from the difficulty in getting it to start the first time, all worked well. I assumed the starting issue was because it was the first time. After the first use, I drained the fuel tank and placed in my garage for about 3 months. Pulled it out to use again and filled the gas tank. Now the engine will not start at all. No fuel is getting to the engine. The fuel line is not clogged so it is definitely the carburetor. I contacted the company's customer service and they immediately addressed the issue and solved the problem. It was refreshing to have the issue addressed and a manufacturer stand behind the product. I will update again once I am able to give the product a second use. ... show more

Company who sold this is very responsive and concerned about quality control. Had some issues due to transport (UPS) that caused some damage. Manufacturer sent the parts and paid for repair labor. Honest and right solution. THING TO NOTE: Even though this is a Prime offering free returns are not an option as it is a gas and oil product and if used cannot be returned. As such the typical return process is not an option and isn’t offered even if unused. Pros: Construction is Durable Gun, Hose, and Fittings are all brass or chrome. Engine is 4 cycle and all parts are painted or Aluminum Assembly and Storage options are quick Fuel gauge and easy to fill. Cons: Packaging is not perfect give UPS delivery. Because of the weight and mishandling many things can be damaged Wheels are not Pneumatic but rather ABS and will need to be replaced if used commercially. No Roto Zip attachment head Pressure rating and GPM may be a bit exaggerated but better than anything at Harbor Frieght or Northern tool All in for a 300 pressure washer plus tax you are going to be happy. I would say better wheels and slightly higher rated pump would push quality from a 8 to a 10 but then I would expect to pay more as well. All in happy just be patient if you are planning on needing this quickly. ... show more

Really poor product and support. Broke after 1 use, wrote to the supplier and received little effort to support the concern. Then, found out I can’t return the item, only exchange. No thanks! Really poor all around!

My 69 yr old mother, who is still in excellent shape, purchased this to wash her patio and house with. Every time she’d like to use it she has to call me over to pull the rope crank for her. I’m in my 40s and I struggle pulling the rope to crank it. Also, once it fires, it dies several times before it actually fires up and stays running for you to use it.
