    • Very Reliable Chain Saw
So far this seems like a very well made chainsaw. I like how easy and simple it is to start. It does seem to go through a lot of gas, and chain oil. The included mixing bottle is not very good. When you shake it, gas goes everywhere. The manual says to mix the gas during the break in period 20:1, and use 10w30 for the chain oil. There is a small screw on the saw, which you use to adjust the amount of oil the saw uses to lubricate the chain. Depending on the type of wood you are cutting, you can adjust it accordingly. I did find out that after using it a few times the chain started to become a little loose, but I adjusted it and its fine now. Stretching of the new chain is normal. The saw was fairly simple to setup, and the included tool bag is nice. This saw has plenty of power to cut through the hardest of woods. I have not had to sharpen the chain even after cutting through oak logs for hours. The saw is also VERY loud, almost twice as loud as my Stihl saw.     • A great value and works well
I'm giving this chainsaw 5 stars based on it's price and quality. If it was higher priced, I might expect more. But for the price, it's well worth what I paid. This chainsaw assembled fairly smoothly. It started up pretty quickly and idled well. I was out cutting a 20" log right out of the box. Then, after letting it sit for a couple of weeks, I came back to use it again, and it started up with only a few pulls. Made several dozen cuts. I do find the explanation of the oil mixture a little confusing. And I'm sure that's somewhat due to my lack of experience. I've only ever used electric chainsaws in my adult life. So I don't have a ton of experience to compare this chainsaw to others. However, I do believe it is a great value for the price when compared to other similarly reviewed items. There were a few difficulties in reading the instructions. For example, they explain that locking or breaking the device differently in two different places. I had to use some basic reasoning to figure out which text was correct to follow. Definitely written and translated by someone where English is not their first language. I can't find a better chainsaw in this price tier so I bought two. Is it made in japan? Probably not. Is the name paying homeage to the zenoah chainsaw made in japan? I think so. It's funny how much differences there is in these types of chainsaws. This one uses I'd argue, the higher quality parts compared to others. I've ordered other clutch drums from ebay and none were the same quality as the one that came with this. Comes with a .325 spur sprocket. They actually use some sort of gasket rtv it looks like which is interesting. And the customer service is by far the best I've encountered. Always responds and will always help you out. The thing is loud as hell, and does have good cutting power. But what sets it apart is really the customer service and the best quality parts considering the price. ... show more

    • Not 20 inches cut area only bar length
The chainsaw is good quality build . The cutting area is not 20 inches is 18 the bar and chain are 20 inches so be aware. Fallow instructions for starting work oil mixing read manual. No primer. To start pull 5 to 6 times with choke out push choke in 3 more pulls let it run on idle for 60 seconds. Not clear what type of chain to buy to replace .if you never work whit gas chain saw buy electric batteries or corded otherwise you will have a hard time wherever be this brand or any other .the chainsaw comes on manufacture box seller put it inside of a oversized box no padding the chain saw float around in it got a bump no mayor damage only scratch but can be worsth.bad packing.oterwise really good I making a video about . ... show more

    • Great Saw
I’ve been using chainsaws for decades. I have used the high end big name saws and they, in most cases are worth the money. This saw however is more than worth the price. Easy assembly, starts up on just a couple pulls every time, unless you run it out of fuel, which is to be expected with any saw. Light weight, good power, cuts fast. Probably not the saw a professional would purchase for cutting hours on end day after day but for the general user it’s a great saw. It does have a rather small fuel tank but that is why the unit is so lightweight. Again a general user shouldn’t mind filling the tank a bit more frequently to gain the ability to handle the saw easier. I’ve cleared about a quarter of an acre so far with it. Trees ranging from small brush to 18” diameter, it cuts fast and efficiently. ... show more

It was a great value for less than 150.00. It so easy to start. I’ve been cutting for over 50 years and this baby works . So glad I bought it. Wow. Great saw.

    • Do not buy. Poor quality even worse customer service
Purchased to cut up a medium sized tree. Item started right up and I was pleased for about 5 minutes when the motor started smoking and completely seized up. I’m pretty handy so I decided I take it apart and see if it could be fixed, however after many hours of trying I Could never get it restarted. I initially contacted amazon for a replacement and they said they couldn’t help me because it’s a 3rd party vendor bla bla bla. I was told the vendor would issue a replacement. The vendor only contacted me once to ask if I’m sure I used the correct gasoline mixture. I tried contacting them several times and the refused to respond. After complaing to amazon they did issue a refund thank goodness. Morale of the story don’t buy from this company they do not stand behind their 90 return policy. I didn’t even want my money back I just wanted a working chainsaw. ... show more

    • Starts and cuts well
When I first tried it the pull start rope snarled up. Figured that was a bad sign. Since then the saw starts with like a 1/4 pull, cuts well, oils well. All in all a great buy!
