Assembly was not bad, some dented, damaged pieces when delivered, and the center was to be different per item sent as well as drainage system was different in the description but we made it work for a fan to be installed properly, overall nice product though. Disappointed with paying what we did and receiving damaged product.

Excellent product. Fairly difficult to setup, however.... but overall impressed with the design and function! There are a lot of tricks I learned which would have made installation soooo much easier. I do have questions regarding the 8x 45 degree post bracings that support posts to roof columns in each corner, however. The design almost seems backwards on one side of each, with an 'edge' protruding along the beam.... whereas it seems it should probably support under the beam, instead of screwed to the side, with a support edge sticking out approx three quarters of an inch. The curtains get hung up on these supports because of this, and it seems it would support better if it was flush. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, the water "management system" is not actually a gutter... but has holes throughout to allow drainage (dripping) along each edge to the ground. Curious if anyone has installed an actual gutter system, or if one is made for this product? On another note, the instructions for orientation of the curtains and mosquito netting are not good. Looking online at other customers, they all have differing opinions weather the finished side goes out or in. Overall, I think we'll love this!

Very well built, a little tricky getting some roof panels in, but all holes line up etc. Directions are basic so a little parts orientation can be necessary to keep from assembling wrong ends etc together. Very happy with the final product.

Overall pretty good but the shingles are next to impossible to put on. Its like they went out of their way to make it as difficult to put on as possible even tho they could have easily made it way simpler. Like it would have been easier on them too. Makes no sense

We purchased the 12x20 gazebo and it was a challenge! Assembly was terrible. The instructions have errors (use your common sense if something is wrong on the instructions). The wooden frame was hard but assemble of the steel frame for the roof was waaaayyyy harder. There were a few pieces that were manufactured incorrectly and we needed to wait for a replacement (nope they don’t sent you individual parts, they send you a whole other gazebo for you to grab replacements from) My husband and I were in too deep to the assembly to even consider returning it. We have spent 4 days, 2 weekends and countless hours in this thing. We still aren’t done. Definitely think twice before purchasing. Who knows, maybe if we’d gotten 2 smaller gazebos they would have been easier to assemble. This thing is a beast.
