So far I'm very happy with this product, well made, and parts fit as they should. There were a couple of issues caused by improper packing, as the corner posts had a few small dents in them, but not a big enough deal to take a star off. The posts were packed in the bottom corner of the box, with no protection, so there is a good chance the shipper will damage them. That box is extremely heavy, so it's understandable they can cause damage by improper handling. I can't take stars off knowing shippers don't handle the packages that well.. Still, the manufacturer should plan for that, and put some kind of protection under the posts to keep them from getting damaged which is fairly easy since they are made of fairly thin sheet metal. Still, a really good product and well worth the purchase price. ... show more

So this took us 3 days with 3 people. It went up pretty easy if you follow all the directions and don't quite tighten all the screws right away. I say easy but it is time consuming. I spent alot of time reading reviews and watching people's videos before committing to purchase. I listened to warnings and tips and they helped alot. I'd like to add my own tip here. Alot of reviews stated that the little plastic inserts for the roof kept falling off. We had the same issue so I held them into place with small glue dots. (One photo is where I put the dots.) The rest of the roof went up pretty quick after that. Just went through 2 storms and it held real well, although its bolted to the deck. It was pretty hot out so the canopy idea was a good call cuz the metal gets hot quick. ... show more

So far so good, legs could be a tiny bit more secure at base plates but its seems strong enough, you get what you pay for and this is pretty inexpensive and wasn't to bad to put up, only the roofing kinda sucks to put in, and one curtain is missing one loop but not a big deal.

Took about 19hrs to put up. Really need 2 people to balance the roof panels. But great quality and love the results. I didn't like how low it was so I raised it two feet with 10"x10" wooden pillars I built.

If you are looking for a semi-permanent backyard shelter that won't collapse under winter weather, this is it. I live in a region with unpredictable winter storms and was worried about the snow load. I set this up over the dogs' designated artificial turf area so they have a dry place to go. It has been through rain, sleet, and heavy snow over the last six months and is still solid as a rock. Very satisfied with initial quality and assembly. Packaging was instructions were decent. As most people have noted takes roughly 7 hours to put together. Recommend attention to screens and curtains as they aren’t labeled but have specific places they must be installed to zip together and tie to post appropriately ... show more

Measurements are off with some parts. You need strength to place some parts together. Some screws are short due to parts not aligned properly and some needed bending/forcing for them to join together. Now I need to find some longer screws due to poor fitting parts of the roof. Not worth it. And the 4 posts don't seem durable because the material is not thick enough. Time will tell is this is sturdy enough. ... show more
