So far I'm very happy with this product, well made, and parts fit as they should. There were a couple of issues caused by improper packing, as the corner posts had a few small dents in them, but not a big enough deal to take a star off. The posts were packed in the bottom corner of the box, with no protection, so there is a good chance the shipper will damage them. That box is extremely heavy, so it's understandable they can cause damage by improper handling. I can't take stars off knowing shippers don't handle the packages that well.. Still, the manufacturer should plan for that, and put some kind of protection under the posts to keep them from getting damaged which is fairly easy since they are made of fairly thin sheet metal. Still, a really good product and well worth the purchase price. ... show more

If you are looking for a semi-permanent backyard shelter that won't collapse under winter weather, this is it. I live in a region with unpredictable winter storms and was worried about the snow load. I set this up over the dogs' designated artificial turf area so they have a dry place to go. It has been through rain, sleet, and heavy snow over the last six months and is still solid as a rock. The Gazebo looks great , more flimsy than I anticipated but I hope it holds up. The instructions were not clear enough, Only illustrations and the drawings could have been more accurate .

    • Poor alignment.
Measurements are off with some parts. You need strength to place some parts together. Some screws are short due to parts not aligned properly and some needed bending/forcing for them to join together. Now I need to find some longer screws due to poor fitting parts of the roof. Not worth it. And the 4 posts don't seem durable because the material is not thick enough. Time will tell is this is sturdy enough. ... show more

It took us 7 hours with 4 adults to put together and now looks okay. We did however receive it with one leg pretty dented and scretched, but because our friends came to help on this specific day we decided to still go ahead and build it instead of returning it. However at least 6 purses after where also eighter dented or scretched.. we tried to put it all towards the back so it's not as visible but looking back we should of returned it..
