We got this for the side door exit of our house that faces east/southeast, and the North Carolina sun hits hard in the morning. It came in 3 boxes that I was able to move around with a hand truck but one of them may be a little heavy for some people. Everything was packed well and came in good condition, a couple of items had some small dings or a bend but it's softer metal so could bend back into shape. All of the fasteners were card packed which is good for organizing but one of the packs popped open in transit so be careful opening the boxes as if that happens bolts and washers will be everywhere. It took me about a full day to assemble this, taking my time, I used a small power screwdriver and almost all the bolts take the same bit so it went pretty quick. I also combined a couple of steps per each piece, like assembling the cross beams it has 2 steps and I just did the 2 in a row per item. Also when installing the shade panels I did 1 set at a time. I think it looks good, we'll see how it holds up with the plastic panels, I bolted one side to the house and the other to the driveway so it should do good with wind.

We bought this a week before Christmas to use as an over-flow room for guests. I bought the appropriate sized 20 ml, clear tarps to use as “walls”. We had an electric heater plus a kerosene hearer to warm the space. It was a great addition. Now with warmer weather and the sun out, it gives us a 20 degree difference as the sun comes through the shaded roof. Worth the $.

This is a pretty product but however the description states it can handle approx. 5lbs per square foot, IT DOES NOT!! We had a snow fall where there was 2-3 inches of snow, I know the weight can vary but their calculations of approx 5lbs per square foot would have been approx 840lbs.... 2" of snow would be approx be 140lbs but lets just say the snow was heavy, it's still was not even close to the "approx 840lbs" we also purchased the extra warranty which was a joke they did nothing. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING MADE BY THIS COMPANY!!!!

Quality is pretty cheap. Took 4 adults all day to assemble it. Lots of parts. Instructions not to good. Leaks at the joints. Summer was cooler in the shade though! Looks great however.
