UPDATE: customer service reached out to me and we're very nice and refunded me part of my order. The bed has held up well through my first guest staying in the guestroom. This bed is not as tall as it appears in the photos. Its very low to the ground. Putting it together was fairly easy. I did it by myself but I'm dissappointed at gow low to the ground it is. I was looking for a modern organic type bed but this bed is basically like sleeping on the floor. If you do get it, get a 12 inch mattress or add a box spring. ... show more

The quality of the frame looks very nice. However I received the wrong size and wrong color frame. That was quite disappointing when I opened the box. The Box did say king size but what was inside was different I'm not sure exactly what size it was.

I love this platform. I had one similar years ago- we moved so I gave it away. I love that my animals can’t go underneath & it’s seemingly sturdy. Easy to assemble.
