The install on my 2016 Durango Limited was smooth. Bolted right up as it should and the plastic cover is a perfect fit. Looks factory.

Pretty easy to install one thing that got me is the 10 mm bolts under the bumper were install on top of the stabilizer Barr with original nits tall. When you instill the hitch there are to flaps I took pics of before and where they go. Just make sure they are pointing down whe you reinstall the bumper or w you will to take it off like I had to. And don’t forget to reconnect your proximity plug. Lastly I had to work with the two lower bolts a bit before I got them in other than that so far so good

It looked nice out of the box but after pulling the back of the Durango apart to install the hitch, I found that the welded on nuts were not straight and destroyed the threads on the bolts. I had to cut off two of the nuts and use other nuts and bolts to put it together. It also did not have any tabs to bolt the bottom of my bumper to. I do like how it does not hang down and is hidden behind my bumper. Needs to be quality checked better!

I purchased this instead of the Mopar OEM hitch for my 2017 Dodge Durango RT. It did not come with instructions but there are YouTube videos you can watch that will walk you through the process. It did come with extra bolts but I only used 2 of them since I re-used the bolts from the original metal bumper guard. It took me about 2 hours to install (remove bumper carefully, remove bumper guard, replace bumper, torque to specs, reinstall bumper). I will add that you should purchase some thread locker to put on your bolts to prevent them from coming loose due to vibration. You will need a breaker bar/torque wrench for the bolts. YouTube is your friend when installing this. I'm very happy with this hitch and can't wait to get the new bumper cover painted. Purchase this with confidence.
