I love this recliner in so many ways. My hubby put it together quickly. A seam was undone where there’s a zipper (under the cushion) but I was easily able to sew it. The chair is a comfortable fit, the massage and heat features are wonderful; but the best part is the chair lift. Zero stars had for 10 days and side completely busted off. Definitely a cheap product. No way it’s a 400# limit. Do not buy from this seller customer service was a joke and said to call Amazon

    • My 89 Year Old Mother Loves this chair
This chair arrived in one 100 pound box so you may need help unpacking and moving it. It took about 20 minutes to assemble. No tools were required. The material is very soft and attractive. The chair size is perfect for my 130 pound mother. The lift and recline motor is smooth and really makes it easy to get in and out of the chair. Importantly it allows my mother to sit straight in the chair without struggling to to sit all the way back. No more rocking back and forth to get out. She loves the preset massage patterns. Heat mode is modest. It would be better if the heat mode could be higher or programmable. No cup holders are a plus when you consider the nicer aesthetic and avoided spills. Pretty easy to put together. Definitely a small recliner meant for small people. Pretty comfortable, hoping more so once it’s “broken in.” My partner tested out the “lift” and it felt like the motor was lagging but trying its best. He is 6’ 220lbs.
