Great chair. Nice and comfy. It looks just like the pictures. We bought the brown and it’s very nice. It matches our sectional perfectly. It’s pretty light weight for a big chair. I love that it can recline all of the way back, to the point where you’re pretty much lying down. Putting it together was easy, but you have to pay attention to the instructions. We had to take it apart after we thought we were done because we missed the cushion that was tucked under the seat. Having to do build it twice wasn’t fun, but that was our fault. I am about 5’10 and weigh about 180lbs. I fit comfortably/snuggly in the chair. Only con is my feet hang off the bottom when I’m reclined, but I’m taller than most so that was expected. ... show more

I consider this false advertisement. The chair is not oversized as advertised and there is no way it can hold a 400 pound 6ft 8 person, like it is advertised on the web site. The manual cord is inside the side of the chair, I have never seen anything like that before. It also shows a round metal base which it did not come with this chair. I would return it for my money back but the original box it came in has been destroyed. ... show more

Im very pleased with this recliner so far. The pleather is soft and the padding in the chair is very comfortable with good back support. Directions were easy to follow though theres no instruction on the attached remote for heat and massage, but easy enough to figure out. The massage is strong and numerous modes to choose from. Swivel and rocking are smooth. You can still swivel when feet are up. My 2 gripes are you cant have heat without massage being on and this chair is no where near oversized which is fine for the width but the length is not for big n tall as advertised. Unless that man in the picture is 5'5" and 200lbs... I'm 5'10" 180lbs and depending on how far back i sit in the chair my heels hang off up to 5" up my calf and I feel I take up the whole chair, my son is 6' 155lbs and even he looks like hes too big for the chair. ...wait 3 gripes.... the parachute cord pull to engage the foot rest is awkward to say the least, I hate it and have never seen such a thing! Its a hard pull and slightly hard to lay back (I have to brace my hands behind the nice armrests and puuuush) i imagine if it werent so tight the chair wouldn't remain in position so I'll get used to it. Regardless of the 3 things I don't like, I would still purchase again because its a good deal for what you get. The grandkids love the massage "its like a ride at six flags gigi" lol ... show more

Arrived early in the shipping window. Chair was incredibly well-packaged and the box showed normal wear. Assembly was relatively easy once I got out of my own head and just followed the instructions step-by-step. Overall, the product looks fantastic and works very well. The pictures made it seem a little wider, but I am a bit of a wide-body, so sitting in it is a little snug for me. The massaging functions work well; I'd prefer them to last a little longer, but it's nothing to run it back with the remote. I am a little disappointed in the "heat" part. It doesn't feel like it warms up to heating pad levels, but the massaging works well enough for me to not really care. I've had it for about a month and use it practically every day. ... show more

It’s a nice chair…. For a young adult! Massage is basically a vibrator on different t settings. Really oversold the “oversized” Im 5’5” and my feet hange off. Not what I was thinking at all :-(
