Update. Their customer service sucks no help on a piece of crap chair. I have had the chair for less than 2 months. It has a rip under the arm, from reclining. And the reclining mechanism totally broke apart.

I was so skeptical of ordering this chair!!! I set a budget and started to look. I wanted a wide chair with nice padding not to hard but sturdy. This one fit the bill. It took me about 40 minutes to assemble . It was packed very well. The arm cushions are soft! The back has a nice little tilt with padding. It says it is a wide chair but to me it is not. However my brother fits very comfortably in it. I bought this as a birthday present and he loves it. Now he can watch tv and put his feet up. I would say it is a very good value for the money. Update** 5 stars for amazing customer service! Sent me the upgrade free of charge, didn’t have to return original chair. Great communication throughout via email and text alerts to track delivery. It’s soft, was fairly easy to put together by myself. Access to the pull handle is a little annoying, especially because the arms don’t stay down very well. Just unboxed, so maybe they will over time, right now I’m trying out some heavy duty Velcro strips.. Have to put your weight into to get the back to fully recline. I’m 5’3, 160lbs, I wished I had spent the extra $60 for the oversized option. Overall pretty good buy for the money. ... show more

Love the look, it’s comfortable and easy to assemble, HOWEVER, to recline you have a lever you have to pull and it’s extremely difficult. It requires a lot of strength. So this is definitely a ‘you get what you pay for’ type of purchase. Still a good deal for the price depending on your needs.

It’s really the prefect recliner I’m 6’1 and 250 pounds and I been falling asleep in it like an ole man in the evenings. Really comfortable and you can’t beat the price and the quality is really great. Plus it was super easy and it was delivered right to your door steps. You can’t beat it.

Bracket for the back broke when assembling, still functional I guess, not a fan of the seat part as it tends to dip down in back, thinking I can throw some boards under it to prop it up, was hoping for something sturdy for my lower back. Got a partial refund cause of the bracket, still got what I paid for. Some of the materials are neat for the price, I guess, I wanna like it, if only I can rig it so it doesn't dip so bad in the back where I sit. So minus 2 stars, 1 for each issue. EDIT: Ended up returning it. I did not like the spring cushion seat, i could feel the springs digging down when moving sometimes. I thought the whole chair might be overstuffed like the arm rests are. The arm rests are the best part of the chair. Very awkward to try and sit straight up in too for a long time. ... show more

I love the color and everything about it. BUT I can’t extend the arm rest. It is supposed to click two times when pulling the handles on the sides horizontally. As a result the chair is too narrow.
