It's so aggravating to unpack a gigantic, super heavy box, with many components and parts, take all the time to assemble a chair, and then hate it. The quality is very poor. It feels like plastic, an over and under-inflated big puffball depends on which piece. It's so large even my husband had to shuffle his way to the back. My feet don't reach the ground. You can feel the massage devices bulge right into your back. You can only fully recline, so you need a lot of extra, wasted space behind the chair. It's frustrating not to be able to just put your feet up. You're facing the ceiling if you want to rest your legs. The control button on the side of the chair is so cheap it falls right out of the space meant to hold it. The arms are huge, but not completely filled with whatever is used for padding. Heat temp isn't very high, and there's only the one setting for that but the vibration massager is really good. The back goes down as the leg rest goes up, there isn't any way to keep the back up and your leg rest up at the same time. Other than that very comfortable and good size. This is a decent chair for the price. My husband really enjoys it. Only improvement would be a bit more filling in lumbar area.

Instructions for putting it together could have been better. Biggest issue that we have is that the cushions in the back rest is completely flat. I think it was supposed to expand once the vacuum seal was removed but it never expanded like it should have. Otherwise, the rest of the chair is pretty good. ... show more

Item seems okay, but it shipped without arm cushions…? “We’ll get back to you in a few days” just shouts quality and top tier customer support from the manufacturer. I’d shop elsewhere if you’d like the complete chair you pay for to arrive. Update: after being promised a set of arms on 12/16/25 I’m still without arms on 1/29/26. Customer service at Garvee swears they are sending out a set, and begs for patience just so you fall out side the return window. Don’t mess around and find out with this chair/company… ... show more
