This is a very good, well-built hoist. All the welds are excellent. Hoist works very well when assembled. My only complaint is that to attach the wheels you have to have very small hands to reach the inside bolts to attach the nuts and washers. You should also watch for sharp metal spurs inside the box metal while attaching the wheels. The hoist is great once you get it assembled. I recommend this hoist to anyone looking for an engine hoist.

I purchased this engine hoist manly due to the low cost. The instructions are basically non existent, One M18 bolt was missing and 5 washers were missing. Works as described.

Shipping took FOREVER!! was missing a few pieces for the hardware. Assembly instructions are terrible. The hydraulic pump takes FOREVER to raise the arm. We’ll see how it performs when I go to swap my motor.

This arrived in a light crate. One end of the crate came off in transit and the cardboard box of hardware was ripped. A couple of bolts and washers were missing, mostly bolts to hold the caster wheels on, but I replaced them from bits I had on hand. It picked up the 3.5L V6 for a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder just fine, to get it from pallet to engine stand. I’ll use it to pull the seized engine and install this one too.

Product came adequately packaged to prevent damage. All hardware came with it. Instructions aren’t the best but if you’re mechanically inclined you can figure it out fairly easily. I haven’t used it yet but see no reason it won’t work properly.
