    • Great budget friendly portable AC
So far so good! Very cooling, not too loud. Got it for our bedroom, set up was quick and easy, love the look of it. You can put the timer on, it cools on two settings, low and high. There’s also a sleep mode. I like that you can use it as a fan and also dehumidify! UPDATE: About a week after reviewing, the A/C no longer blew cold air. It was like a fan. Hot days and warm nights. I waited another week just to see if there would be any progress, but unfortunately there was none. Sending it back. I’d recommend if you have central air and just want to add to it. If all you’re depending on is the window unit you’re better off getting a dual pipe portable AC unit or a window unit ... show more

    • Good unit
It was shipped quickly and in good condition. Easy to set up with good instructions. The unit looks nice and runs nicely. It's quiet and does a better job than a window unit although it does take a little space for the exhaust. I put a continuous drain on mine because it's very humid here so there's a lot of condensation. It could have a bit longer cord. Overall, it's worth the price because it cools really well. ... show more

    • So far So good
It's been a bit tricky to figure out exactly the right settings to make it work to its best capacity, but it cools my bedroom down like crazy and it's no louder than any other portable AC that I've heard. I didn't have any problem with them sending me the wrong installation kit either. I'm still a bit leery of it lasting because of the price, but I'll update you if I have any issues. ... show more

    • Good AC for the money
So far a very good AC unit. Would be better with an insulated exhaust hose and a few more Window / drop ceiling mount options, but the price is definitely right. Remote is a good addition. Looks very nice. Finding the correct window fitting was the hardest part about window installation. Attaching the hoses was child's play, although the slip-over cover on the AC exhaust side could use some kind of retention / release. It has a tendency to slide open a bit, especially if you move the unit (which is on casters, so it moves easily). A piece of tape suffices, though. ... show more

    • Don’t buy this. Spend more on a better quality product.
Garbage. Do not buy. Super low quality materials. Thought I was getting a good deal, but no - you get what you pay for and this isn’t worth even half of what it cost. I’m keeping it because of the hassle of returning it. The hose and window panes don’t stay so had to duct tape it to the window. Absolutely do not buy this product. ... show more

    • Great Affordable Cooling Unit
I'm not sure what happened with the other people's order when they bought this product but my husband and I love our portable A/C. Yes, it is a bit loud but that's really the only complaint we have. It fits perfectly in our bedroom and the frame that you put in the window is adjustable so it can fit a variety of window sizes. I also like that the A/C unit has wheels so you can move it around easily. It keeps our entire bedroom cool and I appreciate that the window frame is a more sturdy material rather than flimsy paper-like quality where bugs could still get inside. We are so much more comfortable during the day now especially with the heat wave we have been in. The installation and setup were super easy. It was a much better experience versus other A/C units we have had before. It's also able to be moved because of the wheels so now we don't have to worry about taking a super heavy unit out of a window every summer. ... show more

    • DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
Not as pictured! Item came days later, was not shipped out on time and they refused to allow me to cancel. Amazon WAS OF NO HELP and allowed this to happen! Not only was it late, the unit is loud and does push out cold air! I feel so ABUSED by this company! I feel as if AMAZON REPS DONT HELP AND TELL LIES TO AVIOD DOING THEIR JOB WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ITEM WHEN THE SELLER CHANGES THE DATE WITOUT OUT NOTICE! On top of all that I am now left with an item that will not do what it should and the return process is unfair to people who are disabled when that person tried to cancel once the shipper changed the date and the item was not shipped out! ... show more
