Instructions are just pictures/ diagrams. Washers were not wide enough to prevent the bolts from going through. A couple dollars worth of bigger washers finished it off well. Instructions for putting on the top bars also were not the best. The instructions had the whole top assembled before putting on top of the base which would have been impossible for two average people.
