    • Saves time switching out handles on resistance bands

Most resistance bands come with one set of handles. This works fine, but when switching to different bands for different exercises, one must remove the handles from one band and reattach to another band. Again, not a big deal for most people. As a trainer, I conduct virtual workout sessions, and switching handles definitely cause a delay, so I purchased a set for myself and recommended them to my clients. What a difference! These are light weight and sturdy enough for this purpose. The price point is excellent at just under $12 (when I purchased them) for the set of 4 , since after purchasing bands and other home workout equipment, it is hard for me to tell clients to spend even more money. These work great. The problem is that the foam on the handles gets crushed during shipping or in storage. It doesn’t seem to affect the performance but I don’t want crushed handles. I exchanged and the new set also was a bit crushed but not as bad. I kept the second set.

You can't beat the price for four handles. I have small hands, but for me I prefer the handle grip be a little longer. For exercise my thumb or knuckles would rub on the strap.
