I really loved this coffee warmer, it did a great job keeping my coffee warm in a cold room. I liked the look and it seemed well built. The touch control was nice and responsive. Unfortunately, after about 2 months it stopped heating. The light on the touch control still worked (red for high, blue for low), but there was no heat whatsoever coming out of the unit. I tried unplugging, and tried moving it to another outlet, but it is definitely dead. I bought this one to replace another brand that had stopped working after about 6 weeks. It seems that many of these units are built cheaply and were not made to last. Update: right after I posted my review, I was contacted by Garmee. They immediately shipped me a new cup warmer, and it arrived in just a couple days. Excellent customer service, and I love this cup warmer.

This warmer will keep your beverage hotter than if left on the table. BUT, all of these warmers suffer from the design of coffee cups. Every cup has a large “dimple” on its bottom, surrounded by a ridge. So it’s through that ridge that the heat is transferred, and it’s not very efficient. You get constant lukewarm coffee for a long time. I have an unofficial, unapproved solution!! I found a dollar-sized commerative coin and placed on the warmer. Voila! The coffe stays much hotter. BUT do not touch the coin! Very hot.

The media could not be loaded. I can't believe how long I went without a smart cup warmer (and it's such a value too). It has been so nice to know that my coffee and tea are always hot. I love that it plugs in with a regular plug. I don't have to worry about making sure it is charged. It doesn't take up much room and is so easy to use. It has a tap-to-turn-it-on option that is nice. I don't have to hunt around for a switch every time use it. It has two different settings, one is a nice hot and the other is hotter lol (so no worries about any drink being cold at all). I like the hotter option for my mug of soup. I no longer dread having lunch at my desk. A hot cup of tea or coffee and a hot cup of soup really does help my day run smoother.

(Update) The customer service on this item was excellent. The seller saw my initial 3-star review (below), reached out to me, asked how to make it good, then followed up within 24 hours with a satisfactory remedy. I'm impressed with their dedication to a good customer experience and as a result I'll probably give this item another shot when/if my current differently-branded warmer gives up the ghost. I bought this item 11 months ago and it worked great until today. My coffee was cold, the light was on, but there was no heat at either setting. I'm not sure if I'll buy another one or try a competitor. It should have lasted longer, especially since I only used it two or three days a week.

It's slim and looks good on my desk. The dual temperature settings is nice and is easily toggleable between high, low, and off (capacitive touch button). Keeps liquid hot, and even heats it up if you give enough time and don't have a full cup. It does get a bit hot on the bottom of the device, but only a problem if you have a sensitive surface you are setting it on...can use a large cork coaster if you are concerned. The only downside is that it doesn't always start heating up when turned on...if I hear it making noises I know it won't get hot and fix it by banging it on its side a couple times against the desk (while still turned on) and then it starts heating, lol. Without fail, it has worked every time after banging the side against the desk.

I have been using a Mr. Coffee warmer for years. It is very basic but works very well. I wanted a replacement that was more modern and nicer looking. I have tried other brands which did not last long. I always went back to my old Mr. Coffee. Then I found this warmer. I only use the high setting. No sliding on/off switch like the Mr. Coffee has. This has a touch sensitive "button" and it does not make any noise when turned on or off. Keeps my coffee hot for hours. I usually turn it off after 4-5 hours so I have never let it go and turn off by itself. I would definitely buy this again.
