I really loved this coffee warmer, it did a great job keeping my coffee warm in a cold room. I liked the look and it seemed well built. The touch control was nice and responsive. Unfortunately, after about 2 months it stopped heating. The light on the touch control still worked (red for high, blue for low), but there was no heat whatsoever coming out of the unit. I tried unplugging, and tried moving it to another outlet, but it is definitely dead. I bought this one to replace another brand that had stopped working after about 6 weeks. It seems that many of these units are built cheaply and were not made to last. Update: right after I posted my review, I was contacted by Garmee. They immediately shipped me a new cup warmer, and it arrived in just a couple days. Excellent customer service, and I love this cup warmer.

At first this worked great but about a month in it stopped producing heat. I contacted them and was offered a replacement or a refund. I liked it a lot and thought maybe I just got a bad one so I picked replacement. The new one has now worked for just about the same amount of time and no longer heats. So probably it's just not a well made product. Edit: months later I tried to use this again and now it reliably works amazingly every time. I don't know why but I'm happy about it!

The entire surface is hot, so even my large mugs fit. Thicker ceramic takes longer to stay hot but if you come back in 4 hours, you're drink will be hot. My regular size ceramic cups get really hot. I turn it down when the cup is getting low, so the coffee won't burn me. I drink 1 large cup a day. It can take me several hours because I'm a caregiver and my coffee time usually gets taken. If my coffee gets cold this will warm it up perfectly. But I usually just leave the cup on the warmer all day. I feel like I got lucky with this choice. I'm so happy I purchased this! The entire top surface is extremely hot and will burn a finger. Keep out of reach of pets and children. The bottom of the cup WILL burn you, so don't touch it. Watch where you set a hot mug, it will burn another surface.

It worked great for two weeks but the past two days it's not getting hot. It has two settings, a low temperature (blue light), and a high temperature (red light). When it was working I could NOT put my hand on it when it was set on high or it would burn me. I loved the high setting and it kept my coffee at the perfect temperature. BUT NOW at the high temperature (red light), I can put the palm of my hand on the entire surface and it's barely warm, and my coffee is lukewarm to cool on the high setting. Clearly, it's a defective unit. I should have read the recent one-star reviews before purchasing because I see others are having the same problem. Works great for a week or two and then stops working properly. Don't buy this product.

I bought this Mug Warmer for my boss, who absolutely loves coffee, and it’s going to be perfect for his desk! I have been using a Mr. Coffee warmer for years. It is very basic but works very well. I wanted a replacement that was more modern and nicer looking. I have tried other brands which did not last long. I always went back to my old Mr. Coffee. Then I found this warmer. I only use the high setting. No sliding on/off switch like the Mr. Coffee has. This has a touch sensitive "button" and it does not make any noise when turned on or off. Keeps my coffee hot for hours. I usually turn it off after 4-5 hours so I have never let it go and turn off by itself. I would definitely buy this again.
