It's a decent rug especially for the price but they are shipped folded so the rug will not lay flat and where it is folded, the pattern separates and the backing shows through. This may not be noticable on lighter colors but it certainly is on the darker colors. You will need to place weight on it for a few days to get it to lay flat and there will likely still be creases. This rug also smells like chemicals. If you can lay it flat in the sun for a day or two it would be helpful but pollen season and rain prevented that for me. I had to open a window with a fan for two days to completely remove the smell. When you vacuum, set it to a high setting or the beater bar may damage the rug. These rugs can snag so keep that in mind if you have pets. Overall it's a nice, well-made rug for a good price but it should be rolled, not folded when shipped. ... show more

Update: Added a star. After 3 days of resting most of the wrinkles are gone. I will still steam. - So I ordered black but recieved sea foam. The wrinkles from folding are quite big but I will let it sit for a few days and use my shark steamer mop on it. There are a few small pulls in the weave that I will trim up. First I want to say their customer service is absolutely amazing I received the wrong color rug, I haven’t even returned the wrong color one back to them they shipped me the correct color and it arrived today. I’m actually sending the original wrong color one back tomorrow. Yet they were kind enough and trust me enough to send back the other one ! Let’s talk about the rug! This rug is soft, beautiful the lil designs are just like the picture. It’s an actual rug not those foldable looking bath rugs. It’s nice 🤩 snd it fits perfect with my dinning room look. Great rug. We love it. The only unfortunate thing that happened was, after we unrolled it and finished decorating a newly renovated bedroom, we noticed that there was fraying in a small part towards the middle of the rug. The type that was small but should be cauterized (?) to stop it from fraying more. Anyway. I emailed the company a month after the original 30 day return deadline and explained what happened (that we didn’t inbox and inspect it until after we finished reno). After confirming our address, I was delighted to hear a replacement rug already on the truck and an email copy with the shipment/tracking info… Great rug made by a great company. 👍 ... show more
