A Recent High Wind/Rain destroyed our last canopy. This one arrived in 3 days, and during a lull in the rain, we were able to use two ropes with clip-on shark clamps on the edge of the canopy, to pull it up and over the full length of the structure. A couple people with plastic fan lawn rakes guided it up an over the front end of the structure, while the first person gently tugged on the ropes until it was completely over the 10x20 structure. Then tied down the 4-corners. Then we started putting bungees straps on. PRO-TIP: Install every 3rd bungee on one side. It gives you enough strength to install every 4th bungee on opposite side. Then go back to 1st side and install bungees in half the holes. Then go back to 2nd side install bungees in remaining holes. Do the same for 1st side and you're done! A Balanced install. HEY MANUFACTURER! There should be 4 more bungees to hold the 4 corner bases. You have 2 holes there. It would help the clip stay in the pole hole, so why not provide extra bungees to help secure it there??? ... show more

First, All of these sun rot after 2-3 years. Mine lasts a little longer because it is under oak trees. This replacement seems to be of excellent quality, with a coating on it and it is a bit thicker that the el cheapo crap that many vendors try to sell. Got it over the frame if the frame of the old cheap Harbor Freight unit in about 10 minutes. It comes with enough bungees for one per mounting hole. Save a few old ones and put two at each corner and in the middle of the frame for extra stability. Finally, don't be an idiot and leave the canopy up during a forecasted weather event. I will get destroyed or mangle and destroy the frame. I remove mine and store it when forecasted severe storms or hurricanes come my way. Yes, I live in Florida. The frame survives well if there isn't a big parachute bungeed to it during an extreme wind event. I expect to get 3+ years out of this one. ... show more

I'm happy to get this replacement because the original cover that came with the car canopy didn't last long... this one feels more heavy duty and i like the white color that will reflect the sun rays down here in Florida!

Fit costco 10x20 carport really well. Might not be quite as thick as the original but time will tell. Only thing that was different at least on mine was the two square velcro patches. Original hat the soft part on the roof panel and the hooks on side panels. New one had hooks on roof panel. So now I have hooks on both sides and it doesn't really velcro. But it fits snug on the frame like the original and is better than a blue tarp so still worth it in my opinion. ... show more

Nice color option, it didn't quite fit my costco canopy but I ended up using it over 2 10x10 dog kennel and it worked great for that. I got more for more dog kennels.
