This is my gift to myself for Christmas. The plan was to use it to grind up sticks and stamps from the yard so I wouldn’t have to get them hauled off. How’s a bit suspicious when the instructions were pretty hard to read, and some of the parts that came in the box were never discussed. The screws that came with it were cheap and a couple of them stripped out on just the first insert. I couldn’t figure out how to hook up the bin that goes underneath…and I’m a fairly handy guy :). I got it fairly well assembled took it out for a test grind and I got nothing. The device would not turn on. I tried hitting the reset and plugging it into different outlets with different cords several times. Nothing. I tried to contact the manufacturer Through their email and have never heard back in close to a month. I set it up for a return, but they don’t even want it back. I’m gonna give it to a local community group that will try to get it to work.

This was a present from my kids. after it came it took 2 days to put together. Then I started using it worked great for approximately 3 consecutive days then on the 4th day it would not turn on. I followed all the manual instructions right to the part where 2 separate emails were sent to PHLEXPRO@OUTLOOK.COM. The time between all of this was approximately 5 weeks.
