Love this! At first made too much of an echo and took advice of other buyers to add some rocks inside. Made it much heavier but a little more quieter. Still hear a little bit it adds to the sound as it sounds like a waterfall.

Received it Dec 9th, so have only had it working for a few days. . It is beautiful, not too heavy to move, easy to assemble. I was able to do it all by myself. Only minus and its a minor minus so far is that the cover in back is not easy to line up and a little hard to open and close. So far very happy with it, besutiful and great ambiance, I added more black pebbles on top. Would like to know if I can plug in a timer and plug both fountain and light to the timer.

Update: The company reached out to me shortly after my review (below) and offered to either reimburse me or ship me a new fountain. I had them ship a new fountain in the hopes that the new one won't crack. I will update after I've had a chance to use the fountain for a bit, but for now I'm updating my review to 4 stars because of the customer service. __________________ I hate leaving this review because I really love this fountain overall, but I purchased it in October and have already discovered cracks in it. I used it for about 2 months outdoors, then brought it inside and emptied/dried it to store before it got too cold. A couple of weeks ago I set it back up inside and that's when I noticed the cracks. That's far too little use for it to already be cracking for a fountain in this price range. I do like it otherwise. It's attractive, has a nice bubbling sound, and is easy to set up. I like that the light and water are separate cords. I set both up on a 2 plug smart plug and have them on different schedules. I do notice that the water doesn't run across the whole surface unless it's on the highest setting and even then it doesn't always. I've tried adjusting to make sure it's level, but it doesn't address it. It still sounds nice, but it's not as aesthetically pleasing, but that's a minor complaint. Overall I love it, I'm just really disappointed about the cracking.

At first I loved it, until I realized that the plastic material is not watertight. The water seeps through the bottom, leaving a puddle wherever you put it. Also, the top is not level, so all the water runs down only one side of the top surface where the stones are to be placed. I could've lived with that by placing shims under one side, but the leaking was a deal breaker for me. The third party seller is very difficult to deal with - apparently their policy is simply to stonewall complaints. I can't imagine where all the good reviews came from. This is one of the most disappointing items I've ever purchased from Amazon!

The media could not be loaded. I brought these 2 beautiful fountains to light up my living room when guests arrive and had not realized how huge, heavy, and well crafted they were. They have well over exceeded my expectations of them and I haven't even plugged them in yet. Now I'm overtaking how to place these beauties...I will keep you posted on my update. AMAZING...

It’s bigger than I thought but very durable and stable. Also doesn’t need a lot of care as the water is mostly enclosed so it doesn’t get dirty. I used some eco friendly Fountain Protector on the water, too, to keep it from getting yucky. It has a nice sound and I like the light. I brought it inside for the winter and put a sortof “Stonehenge effect” on it. Cool. We live in a dry climate so it adds a little humidity, too.😎👍
