I love this stuff! I was gifted some packets ( a month-long supply) and it's incredible. I recently upped my workouts to 2 times a day. I'm nearing 40 and needed an extra kick to my energy and this has been a GAME CHANGER. No jitters or crashing like with other pre-workouts. It does help you focus as well, I can use it as a pick-me-up before a long day at work as well. It doesn't taste very good, but that's fine. Just put a little bit of water in a cup and take it like a shot as opposed to a big glass. It works like a charm, just don't use it too late in the day otherwise I find it will interfere with a night's sleep.... just makes it take a bit longer to get to bed if I use if after like 7 pm. I use this instead of coffee and energy drinks. I have no idea what one reviewer is on about when said they got sugar, this is not sweet. It is not really tasty, but as a person who eats fresh food grown in my garden, really this stuff is good. It is better on my stomach than coffee, and energy drinks yuck. It is not super strong with caffeine, a plus in my opinion. It has just enough energy and does not cause a crash at the end. I can still get a good nights sleep. Do drink lots of water with any supplements. You will feel it if you get dehydrated, but if your looking into this sort of product you probably know this already. Also, if your looking at this, you probably do not really care if it tastes great. It does not taste bad, but its not meant to be a super sweet artificial cheap amino/caffeine garbage big box stores sell. Overall, I recommend this product. ... show more

I've been using this (the sugar free option) 4-5 times per week for approximately a year. The taste isn't great, but it's a substantial upgrade over similarly healthy pre-workout options. A few people mention it tastes like dirt, in my experience that earthy/dirt taste is from beets. Certainly, not bad, but not good either. I never feel jittery and definitely never crash afterwards. I almost gave this 4 stars because I'm not entirely sure there is a big difference between this and nothing. I keep with it because getting a little dose of beets, superfruits, some leafy greens, and a bit of extra water are never a bad thing. I would certainly recommend against using the sugared option. 10mg of sugar would undermine any possible health benefits of the product. ... show more

Organic plant based pre-workout is how the company advertises itself. Sadly, there are a few things not good with this and shows how companies play up the “organic” advertising. The serving size on this is approximately 14g. If you read the label 10g of that is ADDED SUGAR. Yes organic sugar, but at the end of the day it’s sugar! Not monkfruit, or coconut sugar, but just Sugar. As you can imagine it gives you a burst of sugar high while destroying your gut bacteria and allowing you to consume 1/5 of an entire days sugar for an adult in one scoop. Because of the sugar rush you feel good at the beginning of the workout but it all wears of quick and you feel a sugar low. Plus the sugar is not great when you are trying to get rid of fat. The design of the tub is baffling. It’s so narrow my hands (average size) can’t reach the stuff in the last 1/3 of the tub. The scoop is too short to reach so I have my wife help me since she has smaller hands and can reach in. Enjoy! ... show more
