I love this stuff! I was gifted some packets ( a month-long supply) and it's incredible. I recently upped my workouts to 2 times a day. I'm nearing 40 and needed an extra kick to my energy and this has been a GAME CHANGER. No jitters or crashing like with other pre-workouts. It does help you focus as well, I can use it as a pick-me-up before a long day at work as well. It doesn't taste very good, but that's fine. Just put a little bit of water in a cup and take it like a shot as opposed to a big glass. It works like a charm, just don't use it too late in the day otherwise I find it will interfere with a night's sleep.... just makes it take a bit longer to get to bed if I use if after like 7 pm. I always buy garden of life supplements, I think they are best on market with its quality products, but this one tastes so bad that I can’t drink it. Maybe it is clean and good product but because of taste not possible to use. I would like a refund but I think it isn’t possible as I already opened it. ... show more

This was a substitute for my regular pre-workout via my subscribe and save. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The flavor is like cherry cough syrup and hard to get through, but what is worse is the way it made me feel. I took one scoop of this with 16 oz of water at 5:30am this morning (which is my normal routine with pre-workout) with my usual pre-workout snack. Thirty minutes later, I just felt off. I pushed through my 3.5 mile run and it felt awful. And now, six hours later, my stomach is a mess. I tried to return this only to find I cannot return it because I opened the package. $30 down the toilet....along with everything else in my body today thanks to this horrible product. ... show more

Great natural pre-workout that doesn't make you feel jittery or leave you with a crash. I use 2 scoops and it is just the right amount. Shake well. Not too chalky or anything. Tastes good!!

I use this instead of coffee and energy drinks. I have no idea what one reviewer is on about when said they got sugar, this is not sweet. It is not really tasty, but as a person who eats fresh food grown in my garden, really this stuff is good. It is better on my stomach than coffee, and energy drinks yuck. It is not super strong with caffeine, a plus in my opinion. It has just enough energy and does not cause a crash at the end. I can still get a good nights sleep. Do drink lots of water with any supplements. You will feel it if you get dehydrated, but if your looking into this sort of product you probably know this already. Also, if your looking at this, you probably do not really care if it tastes great. It does not taste bad, but its not meant to be a super sweet artificial cheap amino/caffeine garbage big box stores sell. Overall, I recommend this product. ... show more
