I hadnt ridden a bike in ~20 years but like many folks my age I've developed a bit of a pudge around my gut. I also have knee issues, running/walking isnt in the cards for me when it comes to working out - so I figured, why not get an ebike to get a bunch of exercise in this summer and maybe lose some weight, but let the bike handle the hills. there's quite the range of ebikes available via Amazon but the DTTZH F6 Pro stood out - the enhanced motor and nfc unlocking is what sold me. both of those functions work great! it was shipped up very fast but it was via FedEx. I have the worst luck with them and the ebike arrived damaged - one of the legs of the front fork was bent backwards by ~1/2 inches and the center post was also bent. ebike was entirely unable to be assembled - I contacted DTTZH and they responded within a few hours, rushing a replacement front fork to me which I received several days later. DTTZH's customer service was suburb, I really appreciate their quick response times and following up with me on this issue. 11/10 stars!!! the ebike is a bit tricky to assemble by yourself - you really need a 2nd person to help - but I did manage it, finally. as others have mentioned the assembly videos are the way to go when putting it together. I did have to use a power drill with hex bit attachment to loosen some of the control clusters on the handlebars and move them a bit to make it better for my hands - but otherwise it's basically perfect out of box. I've been riding it for about a week and I'm happy with the experience so here's the review: - I am on the upper end of the ebike's weight limit (just under 300lbs) - at 20% charge remaining on the battery I achieved 50 miles this week. this is perfectly acceptable for me. - if you're lighter than I am then you can expect the battery to last a lot longer and go a lot further. I'll get there, eventually. - I have fallen down several times, onto gravel and into ditches and the ebike is still solid. it's tough and can take the abuse. make sure you're wearing protective gear, you'll need it. I sure did. - I am on the upper end of the height limit as well but the ebike is very comfortable to ride. - after ~20 years of not riding, the F6 Pro made me feel like a kid again - and you cant really put a price on that. many thanks again to the DTTZH customer service team!

I bought this bike a few months ago, but I wanted to wait until I had around 500 miles on this before writing my review, just so I had a really good idea of what I had purchased. I got the F6 Pro, which is the most powerful version of this bike, so your mileage may vary, no pun intended. I had a sit down electric scooter, an iscooter dx5, prior to purchasing this that claimed (but absolutely did not) go up to 35mph, and this exceeds that BY FAR. I use this to commute to and from work every day, an 8 mile round trip distance, and I charge it every other day. I'm pretty sure I could do a third day, but with electric vehicles, once the battery starts getting low, you lose a LOT of speed, and I'm riding on 35-40mph roads, which it's capable of doing without any issues until the battery gets down to around 40-50%, at which point it loses 5-10mph. When it first arrived, the front shocks had been damaged in shipping, which customer service was more than helpful in replacing free of charge. It did take a couple of weeks for them to arrive, but they were perfect when they did. The only actual problem I've had with it has been a one-time occurrence, where my bike shut off on my ride home from work, but it was 98° and I was going up a steady incline. It wasn't steep, but it was steady, and I was pushing it to go 40mph. All of that combined, it overheated and shut off, which isn't unexpected from any electric vehicle, so it's in no way the fault of the bike or manufacturing. Assembling the bike was a little bit difficult, only because it is pretty large, so needing to hoist it up to install the front tire was definitely a challenge. Other than that, assembly was a breeze. Since owning this bike, I've upgraded the handlebars with very modular/articulated motorcycle bars, just for more comfort in my posture, as well as the pedals with mountain bike pedals that grip my shoes better since the ones that came on it barely had any grip at all. I've also upgraded the tires with road tires because the knobbies that came stock on it are very poor quality. I don't count any of these against the bike though, because these are all normal upgrades to user taste anyway. Things I love: + The bike is very agile and has a great turn radius. + The seat and posture is comfortable and I've done several very long rides and none of them had me feeling like I needed to get off and stretch. + Speed. This bike is fast. It's not gonna go on the highway or anything, but I can easily keep up with 40mph traffic, and even going up a 20% grade hill on my way to the store, I feel totally confident in my ability to continue going the 35mph speed limit. + Reliability is absolutely there. I don't feel worried about taking this thing the distance to and from work that I need it to do. Things that I would improve: - The brakes aren't the greatest and while I haven't been in any situations where I need to really grab them to stop quickly, I do sometimes feel like I need to plan my braking. - The control panel for switching pedal assist levels and using the turn signals is Not Good™. The buttons are very close together and have absolutely no tactile difference between them or when you press them if you're wearing riding gloves (which you should be), so you need to constantly be looking down to make sure you're turning on/off your turn signals or changing speeds. - The battery, while it can do around 20 miles if you're pushing it as fast as hard as it can go, that's as far as it will go, and a 30Ah battery is really not enough for a bike like this. This bike feels like I should be able to do a 20 mile round trip and then go out again for a quick trip to the store without worry, and it just cannot do that. - It needs front turn signals. Badly. If it's going to be able to do road speeds, it NEEDS to come with front turn signals for safety. - The headlight could be brighter. The ring light is neat, but that design is wasted space that could be going towards better lighting from a better cafe racer style light. Because of those downsides, I will be docking one star, but the positives definitely outweigh the majority of the negatives. All in all...very worth the price of admission, and I would absolutely buy another one of these again. This thing is a beast, and I spend a ridiculous amount of time looking for aesthetic upgrades that I can add to it (I saw another reviewer had added red accents along the frame and I feel like I need to steal that idea 👀). I love this thing so much!

My F6 Pro arrived incredibly fast and showed up right before Father's Day, which was perfect timing. The bike frame was packaged extremely well and arrived in excellent condition. There were only two minor issues. First, the hardware for the wheel fixing rod was loose inside the box and wasn't secured very well during shipping. Second, after some riding I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the rear shock absorber. However, that seems like a minor issue that can likely be fixed quickly with a little grease or lubrication. Other than those small concerns, I am extremely satisfied with this bike. The build quality is excellent, the display screen looks beautiful, and the entire bike has a very premium feel. Everything feels solid and well-made, and the bike exceeded my expectations. Overall, I would definitely recommend the F6 Pro to anyone looking for a high-quality e-bike. Great value, great performance, and an impressive overall experience.

We chose this bike because of how it was advertised. It was the fastest one we could find. However, when my partner rode it to work one day, it did not live up to the expectations. Only got up to 19mph and the battery died on the way home (whole trip was less than 40 miles) which forced him to pedal the rest of the way. That wouldn't be a problem if the bike wasn't so heavy! We've been in the process of returning since March 16th. It's now April 13th and it's still not been received. Apparently, we were given the wrong address. It's a $1300 headache. I want my money back!

It was an exciting adventure and experience searching for the perfect electric bike to surprise our 14-year-old grandson. Upon arrival, the bike arrived in excellent condition, well-boxed and packaged, and looked very expensive. The assembly instructions were straightforward, making it easy to put it together.
