i been using this garden of life product for a while i buy from my local store. but the prices on amazon is roughly 20% cheaper. pro: raw ingredients instead of synthetic low dosage instead of 100% or more of daily recommendation this is a good thing. other companies their ratio is often very high in comparison. which can led to overdosage in certain vitamins. cons: glass i think if it was plastic bottle or atleast over more pills per bottle it would be more eco friendly. than glass bottle which cost more to ship and breaks during shipping it hasn't happen to me but i'm sure it is fragile compared to plastic bottle. the prices of this product would be more affordable for end consumer. overall excellent multi vitamin ... show more

Product seems Good. I am taking since last 5 days . I haven't noticed much. No yellow pee or smooth on stomach. Its very expensive multivitamin. I wish it was lil cheaper. Pill size perfectly fine and easy to swallow. I will update again after taking 2 to 3 weeks.

I do a lot of research on vitamins and these seem to be made with excellent ingredients and I love the fact that they don't have massive amounts of B vitamins like some do but, for some reason, I don't feel well while taking them. Many of these vitamins come from probiotics and maybe some of those don't agree with me but I think that is just me. I get side effects from medicines and vitamins fairly easily so I don't blame this vitamin company for that. To be fair, I take lots of vitamins and supplements and it is hard to know with certainty that these vitamins are what made me feel somewhat ill. I started on a different multivitamin today so if I don't start feeling better in a few days, I will know that these vitamins were not the problem. I will update in the near future. ... show more
