Material seems to be made of quality material that was flexible and easy to apply. Easy to cut. The adhesive stuck well the clean surface at the top of my garage door. I predrilled before applying screws which made the process easier. The screws were your basic steel so they may rust over time being in the garage.

I was not expecting that opening and closing the garage door would be quieter, but what happens is if you have a garage that's kind of shaky when it opens and closes, this almost acts like a shock absorber - and I was amazed at how much quieter the garage door was when opening and closing because of this shock absorber effect. It's also working great for its intended purpose .

I regret buying and installing this product. I had reviewed several other similar products and selected this one based on reviews and costs. Big mistake! My garage door needed a seal installed. I'm a skilled handy person and while the installation wasn't difficult, there are a few things to point out: 1. The screws provided are silver, why? The seal is an off-white color, the manufacturer should have included colored screws to match the rubber seal. I installed my screws 18" apart. 2. The color of the seal isn't white, it's an off-white color. It doesn't look good against a white garage door. 3. While the flexibility of the rubber seal is nice when installing it, opening and closing the garage door creates issues with just the top section of the seal. It's too flimsy and it will require installing more screws on the top section. I may end up requesting a refund. I'm very disappointed with this product.
