Features

  • Reuleaux Triangle Design with 30 Spikes: Reuleaux triangle Spike Aerator Roller features 30 reinforced 2.4-inch spikes in a staggered pattern for smooth, continuous penetration. Unlike round rollers, the Reuleaux Triangle Design lets each spike enter at a near-vertical angle, reducing resistance. This enables deeper, more uniform holes with less effort, resulting in smoother pushing, greater stability, and enhanced aeration that improves airflow, water absorption, and nutrient delivery.
  • Efficient Coverage: Manual push aerator lawn tool is designed for convenience, allowing you to complete aeration tasks with less effort. Its rolling mechanism moves smoothly across the lawn, reducing strain and making the process more comfortable. The flexible design makes it easy to guide along curved paths, around irregular edges, and into tight corners, ensuring even coverage throughout the yard. It delivers effective aeration in fewer passes, saving time and keeping your yard healthy.
  • Promote Lawn Health: BlumeTrec patented rolling lawn aerator helps loosen compacted soil and improves the flow of air, water, and nutrients into the root zone. By creating clean and deep holes, it supports root growth and helps the lawn become thick, green, and healthy. Regular use helps reduce thatch buildup and supports drainage, allowing grass to handle drought, foot traffic, and seasonal stress. Tips: Please water the lawn before use to keep soil moist, especially if it is dry and hard.
  • Heavy Duty and Durable Structure: BlumeTrec lawn aerator spike tool is made of premium steel to provide long lasting use and dependable performance. The patented triangular drum is stable, resistant to bending or deformation, and finished with a rust resistant coating for protection in different weather conditions. For proper use, the drum should be completely filled with stones to add weight and maintain balance while rolling. Sand should not be used as filler, as it can spill onto the lawn.
  • Ergonomic and Easy to Use: The ergonomic handle features a slightly curved design that makes pushing forward more comfortable and reduces strain during operation. A non slip grip ensures steady handling, while the smooth rolling action minimizes fatigue even when working across larger areas. All tools and spare parts are included, and with clear instructions the setup can be completed quickly. With a user friendly design, this spike lawn aerator allows effective lawn care with less effort.

  • This thing absolutely destroyed my yard! In a GOOD way!!!
I have 2 acres and some of my yard is great and nice dark brown soil, other parts are silty and clay-like. So every year, sometimes several times a year, I am forced to break down the soil in areas that are dense because grass just won't grow there. I have rakes that I attach to the back of my riding lawn mower, and they help a little. I also have an attachment that aerates my yard by pulling plugs up. Again, it does a great job but I have an irrigation system so I really have to be super careful as to not destroy the plastic piping underground and I always hit one when I aerate unfortunately, not to mention having to put up flags so I don't hit my sprinkler heads and damage those. Its a pain and I dread it. I saw this and was like...hmmmm. Is that really going to break up the soil? Is it going to be a lot of manual labor? The answer is its actually FUN to use because you see immediate results! I decided to use it on 2 of my most troublesome areas and it left me with soil that I can now overseed for the winter and not have to worry about. Once you put rocks in it, its heavy but it rolls right along effortlessly. I was a little concerned about that honestly but its so much fun watching do its "damage" to the soil that the manual aspect of it didn't bother me a bit. I just threw it in a wagon to carry it to the spots I wanted to use it instead of actually lugging it around the yard. Now I will spray some soil conditioner over it so it can seep into the ground and not just run off and I will be on my way to a healthy lawn and soil next Spring. I highly recommend it for really compacted areas. Much better than having plugs laying around your yard that you have to let disintegrate back into the earth and it gets ALL of the area, not just a plug every few inches. Totally soil on this! As for putting it together? My 17-year-old daughter did it while I watched and she had no problems. The tools provided made it easy. Just be sure to use all of the tools. Initially she didn't use one of the tools and it was taking forever so spread everything out and know what is provided. The only bad thing is the pins you have to use to hold the spikes on you have to bend with pliers. I didn't like that but it seems to hold but seems like a weak spot to me that will be where this breaks when it gets older. But overall, no complaints at all! ... show more

  • Solid Aerator — Great for Lawn Health, Just Be Ready to Put in the Work
I picked up this rolling spike aerator to help loosen my compacted lawn soil, and for the most part, it delivers. The triangle drum with its 30 reinforced spikes penetrates surprisingly well, making holes, and sometimes tilling the soil that help with water absorption, airflow, and general soil health. Build quality is good — durable steel, rust-resistant coating, and sturdy overall. The handle grip is comfy, and pushing it feels smoother than some basic units I’ve tried. That said, it's manual, so expect it to take some effort, especially on larger or tougher patches. Fouling can happen if the soil is too dry, so watering beforehand helps a lot. If you want a tool to maintain lawn health without a machine, this is a solid buy. Just know you're going to need to spend some elbow grease. ... show more

  • When they say "Heavy Duty" they aren't kidding!
We are rehabbing the yard of a house we just purchased and are trying with all of our might to save a little lawn. I read that using an aerator on it will help it to absorb water, oxygen and fertilizer so I ordered this tool. It came unassembled, but there are clear instructions and it only requires you to add the handle to the rotating bottom section. The handle is long enough for varying heights to use this comfortably without straining your back. It sounds silly, but when you are doing landscaping work it really helps to be able to find your tools at a quick glance. The bright yellow on this makes that possible. The points that go into the soil are long, very sharp and VERY sturdy. They do not wiggle inside of the housing at all. Now my only complaint: (Please understand I am small and this would not necessarily be a problem for an average size adult) Its heavy. HEAVY. I mean I could not lift the box heavy. I think this is purposeful because you want ease of use. The weight will cause the spikes to naturally enter the ground without you having to push down hard on it. Even in dryish soil/grass/areas. This is not a bad thing, just something I was unaware of when I purchased it and something worth mentioning. This tool is better than expected quality and is working very well for us. I would recommend this. Good quality and very helpful to have if you have any lawn area. ... show more

  • Very difficult to assemble!!
When I opened the box, I was pleased with the quality of the parts which gave me hope it would be an easy thing to assemble. It unfortunately was very difficult to do so. The very first step the bolts would not screw on and I never got past the first step. I usually can assemble almost anything but this was not working, maybe the bolts I received just weren’t the correct size. I was really looking forward to using this but never got to. If you can get past the assembly I’m sure that it would be a great product. Wish it were easier, if the bottom was completely pre- spiked and all you had to assemble was the handle and attach it, it would be much better! ... show more
