    • Wrong dimentions!
Wrong misleading dimensions. First of all the height of the flat frame is not 18 inches it is 12 inches from the floor. Second, the mattress platform is 42.5 inches wide, not 39". I bought a 39 inch x 75 inch mattress, there is a 3.5 inch surplus on the side. The lenght is 75 inch. The remote does work but is very dinky and does not light up, if you need to change the head or foot angle in the middle of the night you have to turn on a light to see the controls. There are NO preassembled parts, it takes hours to put together many parts and there are minimal instructions, just pictures with arrows. I bought a 10 inch medium firm foam mattress and it does slide over alittle and I have to correct the angle every morning. I am looking for somekind of anti-slip material to put under the mattress to keep it stable..I bought this frame because it was the only 75 inch long one I could find because my bedoom is very small and a twin XL would not fit. I do not recommend buying this bed frame because I am sure there are better ones for the price. ... show more

Overall, once we got the bed together it works perfectly! If you are thinking of getting this, spend the extra to get it put together. Took my family and I from 5pm to 10pm to get it all put together, no stopping in between

    • Missing essential parts = missing stars
Missing a linear actuator and some other essential pieces. The box and packing styrofoam were pretty beat up, and had been taped up, so maybe the motor fell out in transit and nobody cares to put it back properly, but the bolts and nuts were just not placed in the bags in proper quantities. The instructions say to take an inventory and contact them ASAP if any parts are missing, so if they respond properly, i'll update my review. The instructions say not to assemble anything if parts are missing, so all the parts are just sitting there waiting for the manufacturer to call me back. Purchasers should know that there is an EXTENSIVE amount of assembly necessary. It all comes in a big heavy box, with nothing at all pre-assembled, except the linear actuators. It's going to take you a while. Also, the instructions clearly state that 2 people are needed, because the assembled pieces have to be flipped over a couple times. Some other brands flat-pack their adjustable beds in 2 or 3 pre-assembled sections. ... show more
